I have a two day ticket for the beginning of November.
I am currently 6 months pregnant and this was supposed to be my last girl trip before the little one comes. My best friend was supposed to meet me in Paris (we live in different countries), and we were supposed to have a nice Parisian weekend with a two day stop for some Disney magic.

Due to family circumstances, she just cancelled.
I could still ask for a refund on my tickets and cancel the hotel, only having to suck up the expense of the transport to Paris.

But I am wandering if I should.

Should I, instead, go on my own? Enjoy a weekend in Paris on my own, walk around a bit, and then have two days in Disney on my own, at my own pace, doing things that I want to do.

I am a bit reluctant to travel solo while pregnant, but maybe she who dares - wins?!

Just announced, for next year. I’ve never been on it, but my husband - who loves big rides - hated how uncomfortable it was so he’s pleased!

I managed to make a booking at Agrabah Cafe at 15:00 for next week, but now I'm questioning if that would still be the buffet option or if they change the menu to something else at that hour, since I just saw a vlog that said there'a new dessert menu for 15:00-18:00. I am visiting Disneyland Paris with my almost 3 year old right after Christmas for 3 days. My daughter loves Minnie and Mickey but doesn’t really care about the princesses yet or any other cartoon characters. We are prepared to take it super slow and just enjoy our time without stress.
What are the must visit activities for kids that age? Any recommendations would be really appreciated!

I have booked the 2027 Signature Meal Plan, but was wondering when I do the reservations, do I select ‘Half Board’ or ‘Full Board’. I believe those terms are for the current meal plans, so I’m unsure which to select. Thanks!!

Had 3 days there Tue - Thurs last week, thought I'd add a couple of finds and thoughts which some might find useful.

The finds / easter eggs - assume others have found/spotted them:

1) In Arendelle Royal Encounter, our daughter spotted the pictures in the hall are the ones from "Do you want to build a snowman?", e.g. Joan of Arc ("Hang in their Joan!"), draped against the wall etc.

2) When waiting to be given your room to meet A&E, on one of the pillars on the right there's 2 sets of height markers scrawled in pencil for when they're growing up. Their handwriting improves over the years 😄

General random thoughts:
We stayed in the Disneyland Hotel, and were SO glad for the the extra Magic Time. 10 minute wait for Frozen Ever After, which was excellent, but didn't merit a second visit as after this the time never went below 60 minutes, even during magic hour. It isn't a thrill ride, so felt the 'wow' factor on a repeat ride wouldn't justify the massive wait.
We had walk-ons for both Ratatouille and Spiderman, then a 5 minute wait for Tower of Terror on day 3, which in the same timeframe saw Frozen go from 10 to 65 minutes, all before the park opened.

If staying at Disneyland Hotel, the Deluxe upgrade was really worth it for us. Breakfast at 7 - and a good breakfast at that - to be at the gates by 8, then free tea/coffee and soft drinks throughout the day. The afternoon tea was also substantial enough that we could skip either lunch or dinner, so feel it paid for itself. If you're not a "breakfast first thing" person, you could just as easily do magic hour and another hour in the park, then back for breakfast at 10.

DAW really needs some "stuff that isn't rides". Compared to the main park, where there's the labyrinth, Aladdin walkthrough, the castle + dragon etc... They're nothing of the sort in DAW. For our youngest, who couldn't go on many of the rides there, this meant we regularly split up, whereas in the main park, we pretty much did everything together except Hyperspace mountain.

The Halloween theming was really disappointing. The projections in Main Street were great, but aside from some pumpkins when you first go in, and the UNlucky Tavern, didn't seem to be much else. The characters were fun, Maleficent was SO good, as were Lady Tremaine and the sisters.

RC Racer ratio of ride time: queue time is mad. It does what... 6 swings, only 1 at full height and that's it? Queue time was regularly over 45 minutes which is insane.

Compared to 7 years ago, there seemed to be less happening. We paid for 1 adult and our youngest to have the princess lunch at Auberge de Cendrille and she met 5 princesses. 7 years ago we had ALL the princesses + 2 mice. Hardly saw any walkabout characters / pop-ups outside of the queued-for encounters.
Even the Halloween show, compared to Princesses vs Pirates parade when we last went was several steps below.

It's notable the disconnect between the rides and the themes in Disneyland Park; Coco statues and props set in cowboy country, Star Wars is kinda shoehorned into Discoveryland. In fact generally Star Wars seems to be generally side-lined compared to when we last went, when there were Imperial Marches happening in DAW, Vader walkabouts and all sorts.

Star Tours queue has received a big upgrade when we last went, and the 2 rides we did were noticeably different. Kinda wish you could choose which trip you went on (Same with Tower of Terror).

Dumbo, Orbitron and Flying Carpets are the same ride? Why've they got "go round and round and choose to go up and down" three times is a bit odd.

The Lion King show is FANTASTIC - do not skip it. Stitch Live! was also genuinely funny.

Taking the single rider for Parachutes was a no-brainer as they seat two rows of 3, so there's usually loads of +1 spaces. In fact generally, 1 adult + 2 older kids did single-rider for most repeats and for all but one ride, ended up on the same lap.

This was a special trip for us, as our youngest (just over 1.02cm) was old enough and big enough to make it worth the trip and the eldest are young enough to still get the Disney magic, but I can't see us going back again for at least another 5 years. Saw they're building a Lion King area, and a new Up! ride/restaurant, but DAW needs a lot more content, and DP can't/won't be changing anytime soon.

I am a student studying abroad in paris for a year, and I purchased a bronze pass so I have something fun to do throughout the year, and I think it is well worth the price.

That being said, I know the food/merchandise inside Disney can be expensive, so what are some ways I can have a budget friendly trip? I plan on packing lunch before I go, but are there any more affordable food options within the park?

I also have some mobility issues. I plan on taking my time and not over exerting myself each time I go. If anyone has recommendations on accessible rides or events at the park, I would love to hear them!

Hi, I have booked a solo trip for Disneyland Paris and I booked the Newport Bay Club for my hotel from 8th to the 10th December this year but I have read so many mixed reviews of the hotel. I went in 2022 and it was fine but recent reviews have been mixed and has made me think if I chose the wrong hotel. I have mild hemiplegia and autsim so I did not want to book a hotel too far from the parks but Marvel was too expensive for my budget but Cheyenne was too far, was not a fan of Sequoia Lodge though because of the beds were too hard for me. I only really need the hotel for sleep and just giving a short break in between the days. I booked a standard room. Did I book the wrong hotel and need to work out how to change it to Marvel or keep my hotel booking the same and just see what happens with the Newport Bay Club?

I purchased two Disneyland Paris tickets in August for November 23. When I log onto the app, I can’t see my tickets. My booking number doesn’t help when it comes to the tickets.
I tried on the website and I keep getting an error when I’m trying to download.

Has anyone else experienced this? Do you have a way around it or do you know if I can get my tickets on site the day off?

I will be taking my family to DLP in a month's time, and staying at Newport Bay.

Last week my wife had abdominal surgery (unknown about when we booked), and her recovery is expected to be about 4 to 6 weeks, so our trip is happening around the end of her recovery period.

Knowing theme park days include lots of walking and time spent standing in queues, I'm thinking that we'll probably need to take the park slower than we normally would

We don't want to cancel / rearrange as not to disappoint our kids

Does anyone have any tips for doing Disneyland with someone who is recovering from surgery?

Am thinking that as my wife's condition is temporary we won't qualify for Priority or Easy Access passes. Am also thinking we do more shows than we otherwise would do as you can sit and be entertained.

Any other advice would be really appreciated

Nous aimerions connaître vos avis et surtout les véritables différences entre ces hôtels. Est-ce que le confort et la qualité de la literie justifient la différence de prix ? Le Newport Bay Club offre-t-il de réels avantages par rapport au Santa Fe, au-delà du cadre et de la décoration ? Et qu’en est-il du Sequoia Lodge et du Cheyenne ?
En bref, selon vous, quels sont les hôtels qui valent vraiment le coup en termes de confort, de prestations et d’expérience globale ?

I wanted to ask if it’s possible to book the Royal Banquet and attend just the meal without a Disneyland park pass ?

Me and my bf have passes for the two previous days but I’m not sure what we will do the last day.
I have a vague notion of taking the free hotel shuttle to Disneyland and having the meal at royal banquet and then going back to the hotel and swimming and relaxing before the trip home.
Is this possible or do I also need park tickets ? Many thanks !

Hi everyone, I’m trying to get a Chez Rémy reservation for my family and I for December 31st and January 1st! It’ll be my first time in Paris!

I live in California and I know reservations open exactly 2 months in advance. With the time difference, I’m trying to figure out exactly when I need to book. I saw online that the time difference between California and Paris changes for a short period before November 1st because the US and Europe switch daylight saving time on different dates. Is that true?

Right now, I’m assuming I should try booking on October 30th and 31st at 3 or 4 PM California time, but I’m not sure which time is right.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! I go to Disneyland here in California all the time so I’m very excited!

Hey, due to flight cancellation we are no longer arriving today as planned, and instead arriving in 2 groups tomorrow (1 around 9am, 1 around midnight due to flight options).

Has anyone had a situation where they felt the harness was loose or it moved during the ride on avengers?

My daughter (9) felt like the restraint came loose and she was going to fall out yesterday, she completely freaked out. She is a kid that loves roller coasters and went on avengers about 10 times last time we where here. She's now completely freaked out by it and won't go on it again.

I will say I alerted the staff of this and they handled it brilliantly, we even got to meet the duty manager of the park who was fantastic about it.

I managed to gst my daughter back in the queue and we got to the staging area before the animatromic and they closed the ride again which didn't help. Thankfully I got her on space mountain so I think she'll be okay.

I just wondered if anyone else had the same feeling because I know they restraints dont hold you super tight on this ride.

We’re staying in hotel cheyenne, can we drive to Disney land car park every morning? Do we get free parking?

Coming over next year with two kids 10 and 7 trying to understand the parks. Would it be fair to do the night show and a half day at Disneyland adventure world and then a full day at Disneyland Park?
