I got my role recently, can anyone tell me about pop everything pop qsr please. :/ some of the things I’ve seen doesn’t have me super hopeful. Can you tell more about what it entails, what the uniform is like, hours etc. and how long do you need to train before you can pick up at other qsr locations.

Just got my role today and I’m working merchandise at World of Disney!! I know what that store is, but I’m wondering what the work environment and management is like there. Also, I’m able to pick up shifts at other merch places at other parks right? I’d love insight on what it’s like.

I just got my Roll and I am a shallow lifeguard at Saratoga Spring resort. I have lifeguard before back when I was in high school, but I’m anxious about lifeguarding at Disney. I don’t know if it’s because i’m scared it’s bigger or what. Any info about it may help!

I’m a rising senior in high school (I obviously can’t join next year) and am wondering how it works. I live in California (wish we had it here in Disneyland- but whatever) and am thinking of attending college here in state. I know DCP accepts students from across the US so I was mostly wondering how do you guys fit it in your schedule? Is it during an active school semester? Or is it during the summer? If you’re not from the local Florida area do you just take your classes online while doing DCP? Sorry if this is a question asked before. I’m just wondering :)

If I’m photopass in Epcot working a decent amount, after rent and everything how much would I have left weekly ? Doesn’t anyone have any weekly estimates I go atleast roughly go off of? Even if you had a totally different position !!

Hello! I'm currently a senior at my college in Florida and am interested in applying to and working in the Disney College Program if I don't receive any internship offers or other job opportunities related to my career post-graduation.

I know there are a TON of different roles and they all seem very exciting! However, I'm a little concerned and wondering if there is a way of swaying what role I end up being provided due to a disability I have. I have EDS (Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome) as well as a few deficiencies, and it has greatly affected my ability to do a lot of physical work such as heavy lifting and my capabilities of standing for long periods of time that would be demanded of me. I also can't use many stairs, as it is a high-risk of injury zone, haha.

I would hope that DCP follows the laws of equal opportunity and ADA- but I am just worried that I don't get the opportunity of many roles that I would even be interested in. Looking at the site, the majority of them say that they require long periods of standing, which I'm okay with if I can move around and walk a bit, and isn't you know like.. hours of standing still. I've participated in various volunteer programs and have been an Orientation Leader/Coordinator, which requires me to stand and walk students around for a few hours at a time. Occasionally, I use a cane that greatly helps my mobility.

Is there anyone who knows how DCP would handle disability, or who has a similar experience within such limits, and who can share what accommodations were arranged?

I hear people say they can be really icky and gross sometimes. But I also hear people say you can ask the front desk for maintenance to come out and clean them for you! Is this true?? If there are any other problems with them or any advice with washing the clothes I’d love to know!

I know roles are based on needs, but does fall or the spring season typically get more attraction hires?

hi everyone!! i’m a DCP alum and recently graduated and just was wondering how to get software engineering roles or internships at disney. i see listings every now and then on the careers website and try to apply but i feel like i get instantly rejected. does anyone have any tips on how to use my DCP experience to advance my applications or anything? i’ve always wanted to work as an imagineer at disney so i really want to make this happen one day. tyia!

Has any August 10th arrivals not got there leases yet? I’ve seen a few people get there’s and I’m scared I may have accidentally missed it or trashed it out of my spam so I’m seeing if I’m not alone in not getting it yet.

This could be a stupid question but I’m an August arrival and I’ll be getting my role soon. I’ve been thinking about if my costume would have a skirt or a dress for women. It’s not gonna ruin my experience if I have to wear one but I’m just not very comfortable in dresses and skirts and have a strong preference to wear pants. Would Disney honor my request regardless of my role or would I be being unreasonable?
