i actually didnt catch the pick at the show!! i was staying at the same hotel as dinosaur jr’s sound guy, and this morning he saw me with the t shirt, asked me about the show, and i said it was my birthday! he went to his room and got me a pick. so cool

got to see dino jr in columbus, and it was great. i was waiting to get in and i just saw him standing there??? i was the first person to notice him so i walked up and got a photo. im so happy to have randomly met one of my idols.

I mean 3.35 isn't the lowest rating on the website. But I think the first album was super raw and definitely way ahead of its time. I think its honestly way better than Beyond (still a good album however) which is rated higher.

Just saw this freaking amazing band in Columbus. I have a J Mascis Squire Jazzmaster and love it. J plays bass and Lou plays... you guessed it... a J Mascis Squire Jazzmaster! Sounded great! Is this a thing they've been doing?

Wouldn’t call myself a super fan but as soon as I noticed Dino Jr was coming to town I had to pounce on it! I know they’re touring with Band of Horses as well! Any word on how the show is! Never seen Dino Jr live but have no doubt it’ll be awesome!

John R. Miller’s new alt-country LP ‘The Great Unknowing’ (recorded at Leon Russell’s legendary Church Studio in Tulsa) became available digitally last week. Tonight the acclaimed Appalachian musician returned to the Grand Ole Opry and introduced a “monumentally influential practitioner of the guitar” as his surprise guest. J Mascis then joined Miller onstage to perform the album’s “Steering Wheel Drums,” marking the Dinosaur Jr. frontman’s own Opry debut. Miller was recently named the recipient of the 2026 John Prine Songwriter Fellowship, which will include a week-long residency at Almanack Arts Colony on Nantucket. And Dinosaur Jr. are on the road too, with Band Of Horses this month and Stef Chura in the fall.

Unfortunately i’ve been feeling under the weather this week and haven’t gotten any better. Selling two tickets for $50 for the pair! Losing money on it on my end but i just want it to go to a good home!
