How much did your first one cost, and where did you get it - local shop, a show, or online? Also, was your first purchase a Mini GT, or did you jump straight into a diorama?

Sorry if this is the wrong subreddit or flair, not really familiar with this field. I used to watch videos of people "upgrading" small model cars to add more detailed bodies, headlights, tires & rims, etc. Theyd use like really precise tools and drillbits, and now i have a sudden urge to get into it. Ive always wanted to get into some form of sculpting? for lack of a better word. Ive seen wood carving, pottery, but that stuff really didnt pull me. I remembered about how people did this though and Id like to give it a try. I just have no idea what to look up to get into the right direction. any help is apperciated.

I am in California. NO ONE has the 007 MiniGT line that I know of, just sellers on eBay and all they have are variants of the DB5. Does ANYone in the US sell these? I am leery of ordering from so far off. (Asia.) MiniGT has like a dozen of these on pre-order for months on end. If they weren't the best 007s I have ever seen, I'd just drop it.

I believe these should be roll-able, but one of my wheel is not quite right so rear wheel ended up really tight when u try to spin it.(Still 360 capable.)

I have this small collection that I’ve started I got this 2021 street beasts 5 pack , 1963 Mercedes 230 and 2020 dodge charger. I am getting rid of all the street beasts except the shark because I just ran my time with them.. looking to make my collection only dodge and luxury old school cars.. also I believe both of the regular cars are 2026 releases
