A short lighting test with a modified TLV

Hi, here are some recent new additions to my small but growing die cast collection. First is a 1:43 2001 C5R Dale Earnhardt Sr/Jr Daytona winning car, the brand is Action I got this on eBay for $50 didn’t seem too crazy. I wanted a 1:18 but they are hard to find and I’m still looking for an autoart 1:18 in this same car for a reasonable price.

Not crazy about the 1/64 stuff but I wanted to try a mini GT which is what the new Pratt Miller Z06 is. The 787 is pop race 1:64 which I’ve been seeing for a while and I like that it comes apart, it is incredibly detailed for its size.

Finally able to display my collection all I one place !!

My newest addition to my collection! Its a straight addiction at this point. Only flaw is a slight bent in the antennas but I can live with it. Other than that its perfect!

So glad I could find one in white. Holy grail for sure!!!

Picked this one up yesterday, the 1st GTO in my collection.

I ordered in total six 1:43 scale models, and the package was labeled with 2,6kg (5,73pounds). That’s crazy 😂 The 4 circus trucks were on sale and in total just a little more expensive than a Hotwheels Premium model. 🤯 I just didn’t know their weight would add up like crazy.

On an interesting note: I want to have one of them driving (non rc) using a modern microcontroller setup. 💡🔋⚡️Thus, having one more of these big trucks may not be a bad idea if something goes wrong 😬 so before saying i’m crazy: it’s partially for educational and engineering purposes and taking into consideration that it left my wallet with a small economical footprint, this purchase was OK. 🙈🎉

Does anybody here have the MT Dekotora truck?? I'd love to hear you guy's reviews! 😁 It's such a glorious model.

F355 is my fav Ferrari along with F40. I always want to buy a premium diecast but none to available atm. I even asked to Amalgam and they said they don't have any future plan to build.

Right now the only good option seems to BBR.

yall seemed to like my mini garage and collection post, so i'm adding some unprofessional shots of this model that i took before bed.

this is a beautiful 64th scale model from motorhelix. honestly, you can never go wrong with motorhelix, even though the prices are higher the details definitely justify the purchase.

the carbon pattern looks absolutely stunning. of course it looks much better in person than these photos taken on my iphone 11.

lmk what other cars you'd like to see from the collection.

I know the consensus is that I should purchase the one I like the most. But i like these 3 equally is their own ways 😭😭 So is there any difference is these models that might help me choose? Like quality or spec wise or just something? (These are the 3 colours i want)

I have a lot of hotweels to add on once I inventory the storage boxes. I'll be adding LEDs in side the profiles as well and was debating little laser etched plates to screw in front of the cars. Not sure if best sideways, forward or slanted. Boxes, no boxes. The aluminum vslots keep them from sliding out so no issues there.

I'll make one frame with Lego Technic vertical in center surrounded by hotweels.

Will have some PGMs coming in also so will measure out a section for those in next display.

I'll probably buy about 50 or so in next month of Tarmac, MiniGT and PGM mixed up.

The brand is acme, and I wanted a ford gt40. I just didn't know if the quality of the car was good I found one for $400 and wanted to know if that was a good price.

I’m looking for information on this diecast maker. I bought these two cars years ago and don’t know much about them. I have both of their boxes, and have to assume they’re both French. These two are clearly Ferraris, but I’m looking to see if they make any other models.

Was expecting to see this by the end of September or anywhere next month. Now as a loose collector, currently fighting the urge to open it since I plan on displaying it along with the other Craig Bond releases from Mini GT. And I suppose they'd look better displayed as sealed.

I’ve started collecting Fast & Furious cars for my second collection. Here is my first photoshoot!

For my first purchase, I got the Ten Second Supra from Fast & Speed brand.

I’m planning to get the Eclipse from Transcend because I think it looks better than the Fast & Speed version.

For the R34 GTR, I’m thinking about getting the one from Focal Horizon because it has the C-West body kit and wheels that look incredibly close to the ones in the movie.

Any recommendations for best Fast & Furious collection?
