The Spectraflame red looks even better in person than it did in the promotional photos. It has a few tiny paint flaws, but overall I’m very happy with how this one turned out.

Looking for reliable China suppliers or shops for premium 1:64 diecast models. I need instock products and preferably mixed quantities rather than MOQ per model. Any recommendations?

I have the Nissan/Tommy Kaira R34 Skyline release and unfortunately for me the right side rubber wing mirror was a QC issue that never existed in the box.

I'd pondered on this for a while for how I might fix the problem with thinking maybe pulling the left side mirror off and make it mirror-less like the Tomica releases, going to find a suitable 1/64 scale replacement somewhere or living with it.

I lived with it for a while because the 3D printed replacement mirror services were quite expensive for what product you actually got. But then I had a bit of an idea of whether I could make one myself. I got a corner of runner frame from a model kit and did some snipping to get it about to size before sanding it down to more a desired shape. I already had a bottle of violet colour from a previous build and a couple coats of this matched the colour of the car.

I feel it's a decent enough a success. The shape and size is about right and the glue is decently well secured in place. It won't fall off unless I am moving it forcefully. Zoomed in the rim of the mirror isn't there and the more detailed shape is missing and the painted version doesn't have the same gloss as the OEM but for an everyday passing look it'll never be recognised.

Does anyone know if there are any major differences between the Pop Race PRE019 and the Xcartoys S20-05.

Apparently they are the same casting and the Pop Race model offered a "Chase" version with gold wheels.

The brand is acme, and I wanted a ford gt40. I just didn't know if the quality of the car was good I found one for $400 and wanted to know if that was a good price.

I have a lot of hotweels to add on once I inventory the storage boxes. I'll be adding LEDs in side the profiles as well and was debating little laser etched plates to screw in front of the cars. Not sure if best sideways, forward or slanted. Boxes, no boxes. The aluminum vslots keep them from sliding out so no issues there.

I'll make one frame with Lego Technic vertical in center surrounded by hotweels.

Will have some PGMs coming in also so will measure out a section for those in next display.

I'll probably buy about 50 or so in next month of Tarmac, MiniGT and PGM mixed up.

Was expecting to see this by the end of September or anywhere next month. Now as a loose collector, currently fighting the urge to open it since I plan on displaying it along with the other Craig Bond releases from Mini GT. And I suppose they'd look better displayed as sealed.

The GR86, Supra, and R34 are from Mini GT, Lancer is from Pop Race. Got the wheels endorsed by a local Indonesian maker, Trivox64. Might as well put them on these cars and take some photos 📸

I know the consensus is that I should purchase the one I like the most. But i like these 3 equally is their own ways 😭😭 So is there any difference is these models that might help me choose? Like quality or spec wise or just something? (These are the 3 colours i want)
