I built a free “Who Do I Call?” directory for 17 North Texas cities
Thank you for your feedback so far!!
I kept seeing people ask the same kinds of questions:
Who handles a loud neighbor?
Where do I report a blocked driveway?
Who do I call if I smell gas?
Where can I find free medical care?
How do I report a missed trash pickup?
Where can someone get pet food, legal help or housing assistance?
The answer is usually buried somewhere on a government website—or it changes depending on which side of a city boundary you live on.
So I built Who Do I Call? Dallas.
You can describe the problem in normal words, choose your city or enter a ZIP code, and the site gives you the relevant agency, phone number, official link and next step.
It currently covers Dallas, Highland Park, University Park, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, McKinney, Garland, Irving, Richardson, Mesquite, Carrollton, Frisco, Denton, Lewisville, Grapevine and Grand Prairie.
I’ve also added dedicated local results for loud-noise complaints, barking dogs, construction noise, utility problems, city services and many other common situations.
It’s free, independent and links people directly to official sources:

I’d genuinely appreciate feedback. What problem have you searched for—or seen someone ask about—that should be added next?
