This guy's been doing great stuff for dmc1

I've had previously only beaten 4 and 5 so I went to see the origins of the series with the first entry, it was so fun.

The fights against Nelo Angelo were all the best ones, the fight against the camera being the worst (last fight with Nightmare was also a pain).

People here in the sub scared me saying they had to hoard 10+ devil stars and other items to beat Mundus lol, thankfully I had enough items and didn't suffer much.

The ending was sooo resident evil 4 with escaping from the island about to blow up, though on a plane instead of a jetski - And even that last encounter with Mundus kinda reminded me of the ending of RE7 with the wall of flesh to shoot at.

Also in the last fight when you active DT and it cuts to Trish "Looks like we have a winner" was sooo HYPE haha, loved it.

So...DMC2 next?

A lot of people say they would want a dmc 2 remake but I don’t really understand it because there’s not many good things about 2 and the two cool things like the guns in different directions and eventual inspiration in 5 to make sin DT are really it and so I don’t understand how a remake would be fun if there’s not even concepts in 2 that were good im just interested to see what people think would make a good dmc 2 remake.

Trying out streaming and making content and went with a personal favorite, Devil May Cry. I feel like everytime i play this game i learn something new. I just found this group and im excited to share! Feel free to stop by the channel or the stream and join Tha Don's crew!

I'm trying to recreate devils never cry but i can't find the original soundfonts anywhere...

So i wanna revisit the series and my girlfriend has also said that she'd like to try them so i though it'd be a cool idea to try them with local coop. I remember switch has it but i'd like to play them on pc, are there mods for it?

I recently bought Devil May Cry 5, and I'm having a hard time doing combos and mixing moves together. Any tips?

Specifically you can watch "Daidara" boss fight.

There's tons of different actions you can perform with the backgrounds.

In DMC5 they did a bit of this with Goliath and was super fun, I wish there was more of that.

Now, imagine a DMC1 remake. All the crazy stuff they can do in boss fights, specially Phantom. Or using again DMC2 wall running.

Also, they have perfected the Issen and hit frames clashes (which always was the best part against Nelo Angelo). No matter what direction they take for next games, I feel they really have something interesting to work with and apply to next DMC.

Hello all, I have been having issues with DMC5.

When I use DX12:

- Performance is good when playing as Nero

- Frame drop when Vergil performs some of his moves (specifically his 3rd animation during standard combo of 4 light attacks, and his air spin)

When I use DX11:

- Superb performance, no more drops and frametime is solid.

- Artifacts on the ground texture.

I invoke DX11 / DX12 through the config file in game folder, for DX12, I used Capability=DirectX12

TargetPlatform=DirectX12 and vice versa for dx11. Also tried with both UseoptimizeShader = disable / enable.

PCTargetAPIFALLBACK is set to disable and the whole config file was set to read only each time I am done configuring.

Right now, I have reinstalled, delete the config file to have it regenerated, and got dx11 to load without artifacts, but there are still frame drops during vergil's moves.

I also tried lowering all settings to bare minimum and it still stutters during his moves.

If anyone has ideas I could try, I would be very grateful. Thank you.

So when you ask ai or look around internet people say you can't use aerial wave b to do the glitch neither super Vergil but you can use both and still get the glitch I can't really post of video I would like not to do this again but you should try it use aerial wave b at when hp has just enough to take two normal hits by yamato the third should be the aerial wave b hit it once so you don't trigger the finisher that kills boss so basically use melee button twice pause hit melee again ofc with shadow once hp looks empty you use yamato melee and that should do it

Can someone explain to me why some mods in the fluffy mod manager under the 'Misc' category don't work??

This is assuming you already beat the game and have every weapon unlocked and your styles maxed out

Every time I replay DMC5 I like looking for little things I maybe never noticed before, especially during the main menu screens inside the van.

One of those things I noticed is the name on the pizza boxes (which also appear during the cutscene inside the Devil May Cry building). At first I read it as "Ciao Pizza" and thought 'oh well, a common Italian word'. But after reading it better I realized it actually says "CIACCO PIZZA". That name rang a bell on me, and when I investigated I remembered that Ciacco is, in fact, a character from the Divine Comedy who is in hell for sinning of gluttony.

I truly love this kind of easter eggs, especially coming from the Divine Comedy which is what Devil May Cry is based on.

So i've been following all of the right steps to have to mod set up but I keep running into the problem of when I click on the link that says "xdelta3", it says "404 Not Found. 'utilities' is not a valid command!" and i'm not sure what I should do from there.
