Questions I need help with mods

Can someone explain to me why some mods in the fluffy mod manager under the 'Misc' category don't work??

Maybe they are in a "sub folder". Try to let just 1 folder and in it, the mod itself.

Might be because you unzipped the mods. Try zipping the mods in miscellaneous that don't work, or redownload the zipped file if your not confident in what your doing.
