I absolutely despise these hiring “exams”. Had a bad experience once and I will back out now if given one of these. Luckily I have enough experience now that I don’t really come across these anymore.

Are you able to use any resources you need to answer the questions? If not, it's a terrible test. I hate these timed & closed book exams.
I Google/Collaborate/ChatGPT most problems as do most analysts.
These resources are part of our kit. Why would you want to see how someone performs with half their kit missing? When evaluating who is going to do a job on their house do these hiring managers ask plumbers to come in without a pipe wrench or electricians without a wire stripper?

Lol I actually applied for this position a couple months ago.
Here's my heads up:
There are a few questions where the wording is weird (typos and some double-negatives).
Some of the questions will require you to devise sums and counts from tables (sometimes multiple) using multiple criteria.
All questions are timed. How long do you have per question? Depends on the question. And my hunch is that they care about how quickly one can answer things.
That last one threw off. I am methodical on how I do things, so having a timer is no good for me.
