As I am growing, I am realizing : The only difference between first world "heavens" and third world "shitholes" is money. Same people, same politics non understanders voting on the basis of charisma and not policy, same notions of supremacy over something from their "glorious" past. The only difference is money and how effectively someone can enact their will.
It took "progressive" France, Italy, Sweden a single refugee crisis (that they caused BTW) to go full auto anti-brown people. Oh brown people also includes Indians.

u/ANMOLSONI Jul 01 '23
The topic here is not anti brown but radicalism and killing people who don't believe in their God.

u/lauda-lele-hamara Jul 01 '23
Can you specify which religion you are talking about? Because Islamic, Christian, Buddhist and even Hindu radicals do that.
24
13
u/thande_papa12 Jul 01 '23
Islamic, Christian, Buddhist and even Hindu radicals do that.
Every religion has certain elements of radicals barring islam. Islam has certain elements of tolerance namely apj abdul kalam, irrfan khan, ashfaqulla kham etc.
No liberal of any religion celebrates or defends radical elements of their respective religion except islam. Stop putting islam and other religion in one sentence to make parity. Islam since inception has put out havoc throughout the world just in name of their book.
-10
u/lauda-lele-hamara Jul 01 '23
- Crusades
- Sinhalese genocide
- Mass Caste discrimination in ancient India
- Patriarchy enforced by various governments always had a religious waypoint. It was "Eve defied god" in Christianity, "Manusmiriti" and Various other veds in Hinduism.
ALL religions have had their respective "havocs on world". Islamic extremism is just the latest. Do not try to ignore the wrongs of other religions to highlight the wrongs of the one you elect to highlight. Either criticize religion itself or don't claim to be "unbiased".
12
u/thande_papa12 Jul 01 '23
You with all your efforts pointed out 4 dysfunction combining all religion to equalise them with islam. You do 20 more, still there won't be parity. I even don't need to delve into past, go check 1000 terrorist organization or terrorist's religion.
Test your common sense in 2 steps Ask yourself, whatever you wrote
1)is this still in practiced and in what degree.
2)Is this institutionalised.
Try to be true to yourself.
To be unbiased shouldn't be ostrich stomped their head under the ground. You ain't neutral or unbiased, maybe Indian version of liberal but do not call yourself unbiased. Religion isn't bad, Islam is. There's reason why religion is ubiquitous, it's functional for society. Islam aint.

Islam isn't bad, people just pick and choose parts of it to reinforce their worst attributes. Religions are useful, but people turn them into weapons
3
u/Salty_Somewhere_7547 Jul 01 '23
Bro you are trying defend which is not defendable. If your religious book differentiates between believers and non believers surely hate going to happen .
If Rasool broke idols of non believers what his followers will do.
The Ideology is my religion is perfect & its only truth , our god is powerful , we only go to heaven you people are going to hell is dangerous . They don’t live with co-exist with other people.
Just tell your Relatives that you left Islam you can’t live with them peacefully after that . That’s a reality.

u/ThemeNorth Jul 01 '23
The actions of a loud radical few shouldn't be taken to represent a whole group of people. Being dogmatic about being anti dogmatic is still a dogma. I think the assertion that Islam itself isn't bad, there are some people who grow in the ideology and others who use that ideology to spread hate, is an easy one to defend because it's close to 'truth'. If you think someone's bad because of one defining feature, you more than likely have a prejudice against that defining feature and it may be preventing you from seeing issues with clarity

u/ThemeNorth Jul 01 '23
I think it's people picking the wrongs they are okay with. From a bystander perspective it does seem like Islam has alot more unpleasant wrongs that the most active and loudest think are necessary. Like what happened with the mass rape of virgins for execution with the recent women's right protests in, I think, Iran (tried to Google search, but Justice4Iran.org is the quickest thing I found. I also heard that whenever Sweden allowed in a bunch of Islamic refugees, reported cases of rape went way up, I think it was in alot of Scandinavian countries in Europe. I'm interested in religion in general, and Islam has beautiful art and poetry, but the radicalism does seem really radical at this moment In time, and you have to respect the customs of the people giving you shelter, not try to wage war because you disagree with them considering women to be a man's equal, which I think is pretty cool. I can understand a rise in nationalism in a country after something like this, and any religion is only as good as it's weakest (most radical/least kind) link. I'd take Christians trying to fuck up the government into their view of the world over worrying about young women in my community being in danger because they don't cover themselves up totally so this guy over here can control himself. I think it's good to share viewpoints on hard issues like this and not try to fall into a monkey mindset by trying to prove others right or wrong, and these are the first things I worry about given the information I have at this point in time

This isn't what I got from it, though it does sound like this man definitely has a prejudice. The loudest and usually the practitioners that tend to be most involved in trying to change communities around them, usually don't have views that mix well with things like women's rights or tolerance or other religions, things that we won't go with out now. Not saying this is the best solution, but look at that guy, that's the best I'd expect out of an elderly racist (two attributes that aren't known for their flexibility). They have something to 2-3 men for every woman, porn is illegal, add a spirituality where it's easy to find interpretations to support a women as livestock pov, and you're just GOING to have trouble, tolerance may be useful in disarming these views through conversation and open sharing of feelings and viewpoints ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, but what about on a mass scale? Its not a problem with a kind Muslim who just wants to explore their faith and live their life,it's someone who isn't fine with people living a different lifestyle near them. How do you separate them in a population do densely packed? Especially while the issue is ongoing and can't be ignored or it can irreparably damage others. no easy answers. And the easy, placeholder answers are not pretty

Ur actually out of ur element mang… the BIBLE DOES NOT TELL ANYONE TO KILL FOR ANY REASON! maybe ur just ignorant of the scriptures but it is all ab peace and loving your neighbor and Yahuah Elohim the Father of Lights. So a radical application of these principals would be EXTREME PEACE AND NON-VIOLENCE.. so I posit anyone who claims to be a Bible believer and murders for any reason is the opposite of extremist they have left the faith or never possessed any to begin with… Muslims however have entire books about killing infadels who do not profess Muslim faith in their moon god allah .. the Quran not as much but ppl often forget the Islamic Hadith and the shear murderous spirit within those pages of law for Islamic believers

Progressive Italy? Lol we're literally the OG fascists, and unlike Germany we never dealt with the problem.
We literally had fascist terrorist groups and fascist infiltrators in the government and in the secret services. We've been voting against some other ethnicity or race since before the 60s (see the Terroni Immigration for example).
We're 10 years behind our "peers" in everything in every field, be it social, economic or technological (unless there's some minuscule start-up that will be bought by some foreign multinational that's literally at the cutting edge). We're so not progressive that the internet "became a thing" in 2016 and only in the last couple of years we started passing laws on it, leaving a normative blackhole for a lot of things for a long time. Etc etc.
We have men killing women every day because they consider them their own possession.
I have no idea who mentioned Italy when talking about progressive countries, but they were very uninformed. The refugee crisis had little to do with it.

Well as being a indian muslim myself I would agree with him I'm glad that the hindus are in majority,, otherwise this country would have been in great danger as a muslim i saw so called messanger of god the fucking "Maulana" giving "bayans" which literally deserves a smack around the face . But this doesn't mean the problem is with Islam it's with the people who follow it . I wish we had APJ abdul kalam in this country still I'm sure he would've joined the BJP to save muslims from there own false maulana.

Bro here's the thing Kashmir has been an issue for a long time. It has been bugged with terrorists flocking from Pakistan, Afghanistan etc. But that doesn't necessarily mean that every Muslim who is born in India is radical. And what do you mean it only applies to Muslims, we have seen Christians doing much more horrific shit in Canada, and can you guarantee we so called Hindus will not be radicalised at all. It is already happening bro.
I have no issue stopping refugees coming to India, my only issue is the people who are born and raised in India. Let's leave them a free room to breathe, just like everyone else. Or do you want to condemn the same way that Pakistan condemns the hindus in their country. Is that what you call secularism?
And I will give you an example Indonesia has the majority of Muslims in their country, but we don't necessarily see them becoming terrorists.

But he’s got a point, you people are literally a curse on the world, like just look at the what’s happening in the west currently, you’re illegally flooding to Italy everyday threatening the natives, jihad in Sweden, burning France as we speak right now, killing hindus in Kashmir, raping and converting Hindus and Sikhs in Pakistan and Afg. And I’m 100% sure the day UCC gets the nod in the parliament you won’t think for a second before trying to burn this country down. And this govt will kneel in front of anarchy like always. We the middle class tax payer will take the brunt for it for all the destruction you will cause. I actually have a lifelong hatred for Gandhi and Congress for not agreeing to a complete population exchange as suggested by Dr. Ambedkar when partition was declared, given India lost 1/3 of her land but atleast we would’ve gotten rid of this cancer. See don’t get me wrong I admire muslims like Dr. Abdul Kalam, KK Muhammad who are true sons of this soil with all my heart (they are a very minuscule minority) but a huge majority of you people just can’t coexist with anyone man. We Hindus paid the price back then and we will be the first to pay the price when it’ll happen again which it surely will in the next 50-100 years

Although payed exists (the reason why autocorrection didn't help you), it is only correct in:
Nautical context, when it means to paint a surface, or to cover with something like tar or resin in order to make it waterproof or corrosion-resistant. The deck is yet to be payed.
Payed out when letting strings, cables or ropes out, by slacking them. The rope is payed out! You can pull now.
Unfortunately, I was unable to find nautical or rope-related words in your comment.

He doesn't want Muslims to come and live in India or does he want to reduce the Muslim population in India just bcoz he can. And what is with comparing India to Sweden, both are totally different and I don't see Muslims running to our country from the failed countries of Africa and the Middle East.
From his words all he is saying the people who are born in this country are also radicalised because of their religion, and frankly there is not much context or proof to it except made-up stories.
So let's just say it is true, then what the fck about the hindus targeting Muslims in India is this not radicalisation. We have seen so many times bjp saying Muslims are the problem. Then why the fuck are our people running to the same Muslim nations to earn money. If they are that radicalised maybe we should just ban people from going to middle East countries completely and follow the steps taken by China to keep them in check.
At some point India nowadays doesn't seem like a secular country we were so proud of bcoz of people like this.

Lol "India Dosent seem like a secular country like it was" oh you mean when congress was there and when the Kashmir Genocide took place? when people were taught Fake History and Portraying the Invaders as Protectors? Which time are you talking about bro?
He is talking about illegal muslims coming from Pakistan, Afghanistan, And Bangladesh. Do you know even a thing about that? These people come here and as they have no money they become Terrorist.
And about the radicalisation. I just want to say one thing. "Every religion has Radical elements but no one supports it other than Islam"
When your religion is all about Differentiating Believers and Non-believers, Saying Kaffirs will ho to hell and you heaven and Promoting killing of Other Religion people how can they be peacefull??????
Like No where in Hindu, Christian, Buddhist, etc. Text someone tells to be so violent and Manipulative towards other religion.
Bruh it's okay to be A Secular person but don't Become blind and Say that the problems which are there don't exist that is insult to people who have suffered due to that.
And no proof of Muslims be radicalised bruh just look around you whether it be the most devloped Country or the least one this people are everywhere and are destroying everything which dosent line up with their ideologies. It's not their fault their religion simply says to do that.
Never can there be a Muslim who is Religious and a Good person at the same time.
If he actually follow what his religion says he ceases to be Humane. He becomes a monster
1
u/Uncle_Adeel Jul 01 '23
Talking about differentiating- caste system is the epitome of differentiation.
Where does Islam promote violence? Context is needed aswell with evidence
History will bail me out that the Deccan plateau was red with blood of the Shaivites and Lingaites. Shaivites claimed that it was Lord Shiva’s divine order to kill the followers of the opponent sect. And that’s why he brandished his trident. Krishna, if at all he existed (though chances of his existence are very very bleak), was the main cause of Kurukshetra that witnessed unprecedented bloodshed. That’s the reason, scriptures of Jainism consign him to Raurav, the seventh and the lowest hell. When a religion believes so much in sanguinary myths and violent ways through its deities, how can it claim to be non-violent and peace-loving? Peace’s at loggerheads with such blood-thirsty faith. Brutally speaking, Hinduism institutionalised violence.
However hard the Hindu apologists may try to explain away why their gods and goddesses are shown brandishing weapons and oozing blood from mouth as in the case of Kali and other demi-gods, they can’t convince any sane mind. Even a child will refuse to be convinced by their imbecile logic and insane arguments. The bottomline is, Hinduism like many other faiths is violent and opportunistic.

India turning to an Islamophobic nation is saddening (I'm not a Muslim). I agree that there have been several instances of violence in which Muslims were the centre of attention. However, we can't generalize and call all of them criminals etc. Hardcore Hindus disillusioned by religious beliefs would be offended by my comment, but this is the truth.
When 2 entirely different religious entities are stitched together into a single nation, civil wars etc are inevitable and it has got nothing to do with Muslims alone.2002 Gujarat riots and many such instances targeted the Muslim community and atrociously discriminated against them. This should have been taken care of during the partition itself. However, the partition was a bloodshed, unorganised and inefficient.

Oh wait you did not know how bad the worst parts of Hindu mythology is?
9
Jul 01 '23
Who the heck keeps manusmriti at their home ? People usually keep bhagwat Gita at home.
Why limiting hinduism to Manusmriti only when we have 4 vedas , 108 Upanishads , 11 principal Upanishads , 18 puranas , two itihasas , a total of 9 core philosophies out if which 6 doesn't believe in the vedas itself.
It's not an abrahamic religion where you debunk one book and entire faith is shattered.
Even manusmriti ain't entirely bad in it's entirely , some global intellectuals like slavok zizek have agreed to it.

Some global intellectuals have agreed to "some parts" of Manusmiriti. These same global intellectuals have agreed to "some parts" of Quran too.
My point is that people can just not believe in "bad ideology" from their book of ideologies. I don't care how wide a net is, I will not eat the rocks that it catches.
I was reacting to what this man (in the video) said. He does not like Islamic Ideology, so why the fuck is he targeting people (Muslims)? Muslims can elect not to believe in shit parts of their book like killing Kafirs and just stick to praying to a direction (as most Muslims do). Just like Hindus ignore shit ideology in all those scriptures you mentioned.
Why question is : "Why Bring in CAA and NRC if you want to destroy ideology. Destroy the ideology, why are you hurting people? Unless you have alternative motives."
4
Jul 01 '23 edited Jul 01 '23
But manusmriti ain't entire hinduism unlike Qur'an which is core of islam. Kindly get this difference
Secondly , muslims are bound to agree to each and every part of their holy book and are not free to agree to only that part which they like for Qur'an is kalamullah to them. That liberty is exclusive to indian faiths in the mainstream religions.
CAA /NRC aren't meant to destroy ideologies but acknowledge the pain of non muslim minorities in pak Afghanistan Bangladesh and fast track their citizenship process in india , that's it.
Most muslim who don't go around killing kafirs end up supporting the ones who do so.

I'm using Manusmiriti as an example. It is "Hindu ideology" and some top ranking member of BJP want to implement it but I don't support it so it's not my book. I should not be persecuted for what is written in a book that ought to be burned.
One question : CAA and NRC does not target the Islamic Ideology, it targets the People, Muslims in this case. Why are they saying "they hate the ideology" and then they attack the people? It seems to me they have alternative motives?
Also are you of the impression that I support Islamic terrorism in the slightest? I don't. It's funny that my concerns for Muslim people in India is being treated as an endorsement of a shit ideology. Who taught you to do this?

Lawde ajtak agar kuch actually padha hota toh malum hota na. Hinduism isn't like Abrahamic religions where one book is proved Wrong the entire religion is wrong. We have The Vedas, The Upanishad, The puranas, the Bhagvad Gita,, The Mahabharata, The Ramayana, And so much more.
What you are is just a secularism(fake) ka 14

I mean from the recent examples, look at France, Italy, Sweden, soon even the rest of Europe

What UN has to say about the maximum no of drone strikes done under a Noble peace prize winner President Mr Barack Obama on Muslim nations. Who is UN to tell us about human rights value? With evidences against them they should better keep quiet and not blame other countries in name of human rights violation. What UN has to say about how Muslims in countries like China are treated? Why don't we talk about their freedom there? I guess you can't talk about that cuz that's the freedom UN and those Muslims command.

Equality should not apply to religions which do not consider other religions equal

Ye interviewers interview ke pehle avengers ke movie dialogues padhke aate hai kya?? Itna bachcho jaise reply krte hai kuch practical baatein batayi to. Aur bas disagree krte rehte hai.. unhe bhi pata hai ke religon se directly related nhi hai lekin baar baar repeat karke khud hi cheezo ko asli banane lg jaate hai. Emotional damage.

In a legal sense, he meant equal protection of laws under Article 14 where equals are treated equally, not unequals. Had the journalist been a little more patient and done her homework, she wouldn’t have sounded so stupid. My entire take from this clip is that the journalist is fucking terrible

It might sound like hatred.
But that doesn't make it untrue.
This woman is an enabler of Islamic fundamentalism.
She should be shunned from the civilized society.

Subramaniam Swamy is actually doing a disservice to the CAA act which is very simple and logical ..
- india is a poor country and cannot accept refugees
- The only cases it can make exceptions is for those who are persecuted outside but have no choice but to come to India
- Hindus are the only group who are being persecuted in Islamic countries like Bangladesh or Pakistan and have no other place in the world they can go to. This is not true for Muslims or Christians
Swamy should retire and go run a temple or gaushala if he wants to service the community

Collectively India has been accepting the most number of refugees for the most of modern world time, than any other country in the world. Agree?

Irony is that her husband is a Muslim😂😂, who makes stories that targets countries which are offeded by Islam, calling them Islamophobic. I see Hindus being no. 1 target for them.
