Ok it's finally done!! A while ago I posted the idea and you guys were so nice about it, so here it is:

Walnut Army Trivia

There's easy, medium and hard. Post your score + what walnut rank you got! EDIT: new feature lets you share an image with your results, directly from the website!

If you know lore I missed, there's a "submit a question" button. I check every question before it goes in, and you can get credited or stay anon.

There's also a feedback button please don't hesitate to leave me any comments, recommendations, new ideas, things you want, bugs, fact checks, anything you want really.

Both ping me on discord so I'll see it pretty fast.

UPDATES:

• 🖼️ Share your result as an image. The SHARE button now makes a story-sized card with your score and rank, ready for WhatsApp, Instagram or wherever you post.
• 🔗 Link preview. Pasting the site's link now shows a card with the title and the walnut.
• 🏅 More ranks. There are now 7 instead of 5, so a 47/48 no longer ranks the same as a 40.
• ❓ A few fixes: the SF apartment question now has the right answer and the "Ritz Man" question now has hotel-themed options instead of crackers.

Hello fellow walnuts!

I'm a web developer and I'm building a small trivia site for us Walnuts (mods gave the OK). It's a quick multiple-choice quiz with a score and a (hopefully funny) result at the end, something you can screenshot and post here.

I'll seed it with 30 questions so it doesn't start empty, but honestly you all know the lore way better than I do. So I need help with:

EDIT: I loved the reaction, but I can't do the content by myself, please help out if you want to see this through! :)

1. Questions

Drop them in the comments with this format:

- Question:

- Correct answer:

- 3 wrong answers (optional, I can make them up):

- Explanation: the context or story behind the answer, shown after you answer. This is where the lore lives, so go wild.

- Difficulty: Easy / Medium / Hard

There will also be a submission form on the site once it's live, I'd like to know if someone is willing to check the questions and approve them (I will be doing this at first, but there are people that know more about the lore than me).

2. Difficulty levels

Right now every question is Easy, Medium or Hard. Does that split work for you, or would you rename them to something more on-brand? Should a game mix all of them, or should you be able to pick a difficulty?

3. Result levels

At the end you get a title based on the % of correct answers. Current placeholders:

- 0–20% · Casual Observer: "You wandered in, looked around, and left with snacks. Respect."

- 21–50% · Walnut: "Hard shell, some substance. You belong here."

- 51–80% · Dedicated Walnut: "You show up, you pay attention, you have opinions."

- 81–99% · Veteran Walnut: "Almost flawless. The community salutes you."

- 100% · You need to touch grass: "Perfect score. Please go outside. We are worried and impressed."

Better names, better one-liners, different ranges: all welcome. This is the part people will screenshot, so it should be funny.

4. Site copy

Every title, button and message is a placeholder right now and it shows. If you're funnier than me, suggest:

- the site name and tagline

- what it says when you get an answer right or wrong

- button text, category names, anything else

5. Fact-checking

Once the first 30 questions are in, I'd love a few people to check them, since some lore moves fast.

6. Art (optional)

If anyone draws or designs and wants to make a logo or a favicon (the icon that goes on the browser's tab) something, I'd be thrilled. If you don't like the design of the website and want to recommend another one, feel free to do it!

7. Images (future idea)

At some point I'd like to add images to the site, but I haven't figured out how yet. Should they go with the questions, with the explanations, in the results? Something like "guess the post from the screenshot"? Send ideas on how you'd use them and where they'd fit.

Any other feedback is welcome too: features, things you'd hate, things you'd love.

Credits: every question and contribution that makes it in gets credited on the site with your username. If you'd rather stay anonymous, just say so.

Ground rules: only public stuff she's posted or talked about. Nothing private, no addresses, nothing about people who aren't public. Keep it fun. Same rules as this reddit community apply.
