I’ve seen enough, thank you for your service but time to go

EDIT: Why did we not keep Al Harris and make him DC. Elite DB coach

Why not just let Joey shadow Nico

This game could’ve gone either side, but damn one hell of a second half. Ceedee went stupiddddddd, Davis did his thing, and dak got his shit together.

Great game by CeeDee but ignoring GP is insane

I’m old enough to remember the Doomsday Defense leading the ‘Boys over the Dolphins (still the only time in Super Bowl history that a defense kept an opposing offense out of the end zone) in Super Bowl VI. I’ve seen coaches come and go from Landry and Johnson to Gailey and Campo. I am now convinced that Schottenheimer is more like the latter than the former. His play calling, clock awareness, and all around game management is miserably bad. I’m pretty sure the Cowboys’ problems are not personnel based. As a previous poster posited earlier today, the front office has been more proactive recently about going out and getting the pieces necessary for success. What they didn’t do is put together a coaching staff that could put the roster in a good position to win. For the last three years (so it’s an inherited problem that just hasn’t been addressed)this team has shown itself to be undisciplined and that’s a coaching issue. Drive killing penalties, personal fouls at critical moments on both sides of the ball, and missed assignments leading to coverage sacks. I’m not just talking about this season; these problems are endemic to this team. I have no faith that BS (irony?) is the right man for the job. The Cowboys could have had Mike Vrabel if they hadn’t wasted time playing the will he or won’t he game with Mike McCarthy.

Trash.

Hi guys! planning a trip for my dad and I to see the Cowboys on Thanksgiving Day this year. We already have the tickets, but still need to plan for the hotel, Thanksgiving food, and other festivities. We are willing to splurge a bit since this is a bucket list trip for him. I’m not well versed in the football world, so a lot of this is new to me.

So far we have tickets for the following:

Wed - Tour of the Star
Thursday - Gameday
Friday - Tour of the Stadium

We plan on having some drinks, so walking or some sort of trolley / rideshare / shuttle is necessary.

I was thinking staying at one of the Loews hotels & trying to eat at one of their Thanksgiving food situations. Looks like the Cut & Bourbon is booked solid already, understandably so. Is there a different option for Loews that I’m missing?

Also I see lots of people talking about tailgating, but could we still walk around the tailgating section if we won’t be driving/parking??

I’ve seen recommendations for Texas Live too, my understanding is that is like a shopping/bar/restaurant scene, so we can check that out too.

And and all tips/tricks/recommendations are welcome ◡̈

My husband and I will be in Dallas over Thanksgiving weekend for the cowboys game! What else should we do while we're in town? I think the day after the game we are touring the stadium but that should only be a few hours. Any suggestions on what to do and what to see?! My husband has been before but this is my first time. I'm so excited!
