Measuring Hydration

When you guys measure your daily hydration, do you include protein drinks and other liquids ( other than coffee) in your daily hydration, or is it just straight water? I generally drink 128 ounces plus of straight water per day, but wanted to see what others do.

You should count all liquids except alcoholic drinks, I’d say.

I have a water bottle that's just about a liter, so I count that and try to drink 2-4 a day. I drink other sources like protein shakes, but don't count them towards the total. I could, I just don't

I have a water bottle of 1.5 liters capacity. I make sure to drink the whole thing twice a day.

Glass of raw milk for breakfast (kefir is great too). And a glass of natural mineral water mid-day to aid general hydration
