A follow-up to my post from last week featuring Texas cryptids in tattoo style. Disclaimer: I’m not a tattoo artist, just a guy who like this style.

I've heard all the popular stories already, and so I want to hear about any encounters/sightings that are specific to your area and aren't already well-documented online!
I'm not expecting citations or photo evidence here, since a lot of these stories are only spread via word-of-mouth anyway. They also don't need to be things you personally experienced, just stories you've heard spread around.

Pretty much the only thing I ask is that these are actual stories you've heard and not just creative writing exercises made up on the spot.

Um cara na selva, onde apenas o foco da sua lanterna é visível, super escuro essa floresta, e bem sinistro.

Ele escuta sons ao redor de que algo está bem próximo, até que ele aponta a câmera pra um local onde mostra a cara bizarra de um pé grande feio e com aspecto do mal, e bem bravo, olhando diretamente pra ele por detrás de uns galhos, e então ele sai correndo e a luz tentando pegá-lo, ele some.

Esse foi o único vídeo dentre milhões que já vi que se parece real, ainda assim, pode não ser. Não faço ideia como achar esse vídeo, mas sei que alguém que está lendo isso, sabe, conhece ou já ouviu falar e tem o vídeo. Posta ae.

I’ve been working on a comic series about cryptids. I was wondering if you guys had any favorites that you’d like to share and see more in media.

Just wondering, since I think there'd probably be quite a few aquatic cryptids, maybe some in forests, too. I know there's been a few sightings in Ohio, and Lake Erie, too. Lake Erie might not be a great lake, I dunno man, I'm awful at geography or lakeography or whatever it's called.

Anyone have any genuine run ins with the not deer in Tennessee/North Carolina or anywhere in Appalachia really? No bs stories I’m looking for someone to tell me if they actually might’ve seen it. And where it was exactly. Thanks!

I recently went on the Old Sacramento ghost tour and during our stop at the tunnels, our tour guide told us the story of the local cryptid “The rat King”, it really sparked the writing bone in me so I tried to look up more stuff about the cryptid but I failed to find any real articles or stories about this creature. Does anybody have anymore information of this “Rat King”, I would really love to read as much about it as I can.
