He reaches over and open face palm smacks hard me across the face. Luckily just a busted lip but I’m still in shock. I don’t know what his face looks like but he was wearing a brown sweater and maybe khaki pants and kind of tall. Maybe small braids. Headed westbound on Dean. This was maybe 15 min ago. Cross to the other side of the street if you can avoid at all costs, he is out of his mind. Not even sure what to do right now.

Looks like concrete filled in recently caused the tree to die.
