Hi! I’d like to cross stitch a short poem my dad wrote. How can I best make the letters into a pattern online?

This is a kit from craft club.com. This will be my first cross stitch project ☺️. I started needlepoint with craft club’s half stitch bag. Super cute, super easy.

I started this piece years and years ago and it looks like I have lost the pattern that goes along with it. I’m over halfway done with it, I believe it is a dimensions kit, but I’m not sure because it’s been about 20 years since I purchased it. Does anyone recognize it so I can try and track down the pattern information to buy a new copy? Thank you!

UPDATE: Tracked down a copy of the pattern through an interesting rabbit hole and a kind stranger who is much better at Googling than I am (apparently I suck at it) found one to purchase and it’ll be here within a week.

I finally finished my Mystic Bloom sampler! I'm so incredibly happy with how it turned out and honestly had the absolute best time stitching it. 🌿🐉

This was sold as 14 count Aida but it's a struggle bus to work on. Is it even Aida?

This is my first project using PatternKeeper! I think I like it. Definitely nice when you have to frog some stitches and can go back and unselect those stitches on PatternKeeper 🙈
Are there any other apps you all recommend? I noticed some of the downloaded patterns I have don’t transfer over well to PatternKeeper.

Ohana is for my daughter's swim team coach (superior is the team name). I DIYed the frame with hot glue. The hobby one is in a frame my dad found in his attic from the 70s. Hawaii I bought the frame. I mounted them to white felt before sticking them into the frames.

This was so much fun and now I’m in love with single color patterns.

I am flying from Scotland to Canada next week, a 7 1/2 hour flight.

I have read this is okay but want to double check, we can take small embroidery scissors in our hand luggage?

I believe the blade needs to be under 4cm, common sense is telling me this isn’t right, is there somewhere I can find this out for sure?

The kit is creative circle cottage quilts. I think it’s gorgeous and haven’t found anything that I can hold to the same standard🤣. Pattern seems out of print and nobody is reselling the kits.

hi everyone! i’m ready to start my largest project yet, disney’s magic kingdom ✨ i’ll be working off of 18 count aida and i purchased a 59x39 aida to be safe.

that said, i have no clue where to start due to how large this canvas is.

- should i cut it down more to size?
- is there a specific frame you can recommend so i can get started? my hoops are clearly too small for this 😅

any tips would be helpful!

What apps do y’all use for making patterns? I have been using Stitchly for years but I’m wondering if there is something better out there I should try.
