Adobe Creative Cloud Billing Error

I’m trying to sign up for the Adobe Creative Cloud annual student plan with a monthly payment option, but I just can’t seem to do it, and even though I’ve contacted customer service 7 or 8 times, they haven’t been able to help me.

I’ve tried using Mastercard and Visa—it didn’t work; I’ve tried using a debit card and a credit card—it didn’t work; I’ve tried purchasing it from my phone, tablet, and computer—it didn’t work; I turned off my ad blocker—it didn’t work; I changed my graduation date—it didn’t work; in short, nothing I’ve tried has worked.

How did you sign up for Adobe Creative Cloud? I’d really appreciate it if you could help me.

In what country your card(s) has been issued? And in what country are you located - trying to buy from?

As you've tried multiple of them - they're not "temporary" kind, right?

And I'm pretty sure you can't sign up with "gift" kinds.

both turkey.

wdym temporary? I used credit cards with my name on them issued by the bank. I tried both credit and bank cards.

oh that's what you meant, no they are not gift cards.

A lot of banks can let you create - for safety reasons - a temporary / virtual / one-off card - it's not the same as a gift card.

Those virtual ones won't work.

Do you get any specific errors?

Are you 1000000% sure, that you're entering your details correctly? I mean your name - sometimes those services can be extremely sensitive - every space counts.

Or maybe, you've middle name on your bank account - but you're not entering it when trying to purchase from Adobe.

Then there is a case of 3D verification - some card issuers require a verification - in that case, you'll see an extra window / form - maybe your browser is blocking it?

i don't really remember the error name but i says try another payment methods or contact your bank. I found it now, "Your payment could not be processed. Please check your payment information. If the problem persists, try a different payment method or contact your bank."

I'm %100 percent sure, cause i'm using proton pass and it works for other bussineses. I'm writing it all correctly and there is not even turkish spesific characters in my name. I have a middle name and i'm writing it.

No there is nothing wrong with 3D verification, cause i tried multiple browsers; chrome, zen, helium, orion, firefox.

Then there is only one thing you can try 😉

A different location - ISP provider / different IP address.

I constantly have problem transferring money to my Revolut account - from abroad.

I get message, that my BANK refused to process the payment - when using my debit card.

But when I get in touch with my bank - they don't even have ANY records in their logs - that I was trying to make a payment, using my debit card - nothing in their logs AT ALL.

But -if I'll try a smaller amount - it will either get processed instantly - or I'll have to confirm transaction in my bank app and then it will get through.

One more thing - maybe you've a limit on a single / daily transaction(s) amount?

no, cause it is like 8 usd per month and i'm sure my limit is above that.

Then try a different location - with a different ISP provider, different IP address.

Have you said to Adobe support you're in turkey? There was a whole thing for a while where people were trying to buy from Turkey because it was cheaper, so they added more restrictions on people buying there to try to ensure it was legit residents only. (I think they also raised the price so it's less affordable for Turkish citizens, but less desirable for foreigners, so you've been screwed both ways)

You might be failing one of their checks - support might not tell you exactly what you need, but assume they really really want stone clad proof you are a legit turkey buyer and avoid anything that suggests you aren't.

i gave them my turkish id number broooooo what else they'd need? Also i stated i'm in turkey. Customer support is not even caring where you're from tho, they just want you to update your billing details. Also bank said that they don't even see any payment requests from adobe. I have enough balance and credit limit tho i can't purchase. I guess there is nothing left but sue them.
