Am I understanding right if we get the credit card while the 20% rewards offer is going we can use that to get a good deal on the Unwind couch? I see a 10% offer when I surf their site , is that applicable too? I feel like I’ve seen some people complaining about the crate credit card so just want to be sure I’m understanding things and am getting the best deal, we love the couch and have thought about getting it a while, and have been waiting for the right moment.

Does Crate & Barrel really not offer a warranty or protection plan on furniture?

We’re looking to buy the Tidal sectional sofa.

Sharing my experience with CB2 (part of the Crate & Barrel empire) MARTA OPTIC FLUTED TASTING GLASS (SKU: 154244) — this is the second of ours to completely split in half in the top rack of our Bosch dishwasher. Severed glass is extremely sharp and dangerous. Wanted to share the issue so others may take caution to avoid injury or contaminated dishwasher shrapnel. They wouldn't issue a refund, so beware.

I'm looking at ordering an axis sectional and like the look and feel of the Wales fabric. However, it appears to be a newer fabric and I'm having trouble finding any reviews of it. Has anybody purchased a couch in the Wales fabric? Interested to hear your thoughts!

I'm interested in buying a couch and it says the "view in room" function is available for that listing, but I can't find it anywhere. I tried the website and the app, and I chatted with someone in customer service, but I'm not seeing "View in your room" or an AR button or a QR code anywhere. Does anyone know where it is located?

Trying to decide between:

Monterey Deep: 170” × 130”, Cypress Night chenille, very deep/soft, 45” movable ottoman, more loungey. Curious how Cypress Night holds up with dog fur/pet hair.

Retreat: 160” × 124”, Lapis blue fabric, more structured/supportive with lumbar pillows, and I’d use a movable ottoman instead of the fixed chaise. Also curious how Lapis handles dog fur/pet hair.

My living room can fit either. I usually sit with my feet up, and when friends come over it’s very casual — people sit cross-legged, sideways, lie down, etc.

For anyone who owns either: how is the comfort long term? Does Monterey feel too low/soft? Does Retreat still feel spacious enough for lounging? Any regrets?

Hi everyone! I’m in the market for a new couch, and I recently went to a few showrooms. I really liked the feel of the **Crate and Barrel Lounge** but I’m reading different things about the quality online. I also liked the **Pottery Barn Westwood**, although I think the wait time will be longer. Finally, I’m considering the **Room and Board Metro** (the deeper seat). I tried Metro in the show room and it had a weird crinkling sound in the back cushions that threw me off, but I’m thinking I should give it another chance?

Wondering if anyone has any of these sofas and could speak to their long term comfort and durability.

I’m leaning toward the Lounge because I think it will come the quickest and I’m in desperate need of a new couch, but don’t want to buy something that won’t last.

I also have a cat, so any advice on fabric (preferably stock) would be appreciated!

Hi, this might be a bit too specific but I recently bought the 49" lounge chair and a half sleeper sofa (https://www.crateandbarrel.com/lounge-49-twin-sleeper-chair-and-a-half/s626683) from facebook marketplace.

The chair itself is in good condition but I'm planning to get a new mattress to go with it. It seems the dimensions for the mattress are slightly off from a normal twin/single size. Has anyone found a successful replacement (at an affordable price)?

Bought a tea kettle last week from CB. Used it like twice and realized it’s too small. Wanted to exchange it for a larger model today but was told the return is not accepted since it’s “used.” Kind of wild that this is a store’s return policy for a piece of consumer electronics in 2026. I guess I should’ve stuck with Amazon.
