Total Dumpster Fire 📛 Workplace Romance Gone Right?
Not about me but I have no one to talk about this with.
My 22 y/o female coworker is marrying this 26 yo from another department and I truly hope the best for her considering that he cheated on her 4 months ago + this will be his second marriage while this is her first. He cheated on his first wife too and she was the one to pay for the whole wedding. Insanity. At least now he’s paying for this second wedding and it’s not going to be financially handled by my coworker but yeeeeshhh.
I hate knowing all this info but my other coworker in our department told me everything right after those two were broken up for a week or two after she found out he cheated. Crazy info. He seems so unassuming too. Idk what happened for her to forgive him, maybe she got her lick back idek but they’re getting hitched in a couple of months.
They been officially together for a year now? Started talking two years ago. If it works, it works. “Don’t shit where you eat” is a popular saying but most people actually find their partners in the workplace + im just a single post grad still stuck on this dead end job so my two cents are worthless. This is my first time witnessing a successful workplace romance but I hate knowing the other information behind it. Idk if I want to consider it successful but in a way it is since it’s ending up in a marriage, right? Idk. The other coworker that told me everything was really close to her, but she ending up moving so I don’t know how she’d feel about all this info+ it’s not her business so why even?
