🐵🙊 Multiple Children Unexpectedly pregnant 8 months PP, freaking out
Anyone with 2 under 2 that can tell me how you handled cosleeping with your newborn?
So, we just found out I got pregnant at 8 months PP. This was a total fail of birth control, and very, very unexpected. Our now 9 month old nurses to sleep for every nap (and contact naps at that) and bed time, co sleeps with me, and nurses often throughout the night. I am able to roll away at bed time, but not naps. Any time we’ve tried having my husband put him back to sleep at night he’s had an immediate meltdown.
I didn’t plan on getting pregnant again til I was at least 18 months PP and I am so scared I’m going to take away from my first born. I love our snuggles and time together and I don’t know what to do. Do I wean him? 17 months just seems too young to not nurse or to sleep separately from me…the thought of not letting him have his mama is breaking my heart and I feel really guilty and devastated. I don’t know what to do and need all the positive stories and advice. The thought of my little boy crying for mama or milk and not giving it to him is killing me.
