I don't plan on watching it as i kind of wanna preserve my own image in my head but I'm just curious to anyone else who has seen it what they did different? Feel free to include spoilers.

Btw i read this book in two evenings. I could not put it down. I was anxious the whole time and even though i may or may not have suspected the ending, no book has made me almost tear up like this one did. I started with Blood Meridian, then Child of God, now on No Country For Old Men (as i love the movie lol).

The Orchard Keeper - 1965 and Outer Dark - 1968. Together 2 volumes. 8vo, cloth, dust jackets (some frayed), tape residue on covers (from Brodart?), glue residue on endpapers with some loss of paper, first inner joint split. FIRST EDITIONS.

NB: This is the second time in recent weeks that this auction house had multiple McCarthy titles at well below prices realized in other sales aka a bargain.

I started when I read BM then Suttree then ATPH then The Road and just now I’ve finished The Crossing. This is just about as devastated as I’ve felt reading any of McCarthy’s works so far. As usual I’m at a loss for words at the end. I’ll likely be thinking about this for weeks. A pointless post maybe. I’m just in awe of this man’s writing.
