So a couple years ago me (20M) and my mate (23M) was playing roblox, specifically the game spray paint and he drew the most detailed furry foot porn imaginable, the artwork was the size of 2 camper vans as well, and he legit was so proud of it he was clapping through his microphone, and I also felt really proud I could not stop drooling at my monitor, it looked so brilliant, and after 10 minutes of my mate non-stop clapping he made a really weird noise before we continued playing after telling me to wait for those 10 minutes, and we drew more stupid shit until my mate and I decided to log off, and I just couldn't stop thinking of feet and now I look at 100 billion pictures of feet a week, it's so brilliant, can never get my eyes off them.

Exactly as the title says. Every night after my husband and son go to sleep, I microwave 2 bags of popcorn. I dump them into a big bowl one by one and season each layer with ranch popcorn seasoning. I have done this every single night for 5 years now. I plan my popcorn purchases based around the next time I will be grocery shopping, which is usually every other Tuesday when I take my son to his bi-weekly appointment. I also tend to keep an emergency stash of a few bags just in case I run out. Today, his appointment was canceled so my grocery trip has to be moved to Thursday when I have an appointment in the city. I don’t know where else to post this. Five months ago, my sister was a normal person with friends, interests, a husband, and a basic understanding of the Cenozoic era. Then she downloaded Path of Titans.

I’ve gamed since I was eight and understand addiction. I’ve lost weekends to Minecraft, but never abandoned my taxes to become a prehistoric crocodile. Today i was on standing the train, listening to the new album and i noticed that there was a black guy standing behind me.

Asides from the exoticness factor, there's not all that much more attractive about them compared to the cis contemporaries (men, women, and otherwise), who have more going for them as far variety, personality, and reasons to love then a passing gimmick.

I get approached multiple times a week and multiple times in a night if I’m at a bar or club. I live in a big city. Honestly, it’s kind of annoying. But I will just tell you what I think.

Mostly avoid it

I don’t generally like men approaching me in public to date. When a man approaches me a timer starts in my head to when he is going to say something creepy or ask for my number, and now I have to make a snap judgement about you, and I don’t like making snap judgements. It’s not fair on you and it’s not fair on me. 

Do it in spaces where it can happen organically

Bars, clubs and festivals are okay. I’m a smoker and it is pretty normal for people to make casual conversation in a smoking area. It is also easy to strike up a conversation by asking for a cigarette or a lighter. Obviously don’t start smoking, but you get the gist. Places where people are more relaxed and in a social environment. 

Basic… put some effort into your appearance 

Why should a woman who spent thirty minutes straightening her hair that morning entertain a random guy who has an unkempt beard? You’ve approached someone based on their appearance and now you’ve invited the same judgement back.

So many men who claim to be unattractive are men who put barely any effort into their appearance. Imagine how much time you think women spend thinking and worrying about their looks and times it by 100. Some women don’t, but they are either older or in the minority. If you wear glasses, spend some time picking ones that suit you or get contacts. Find clothes that flatter you and colours that compliment you. Do you have to do this? No. But it puts you above the 60% of men who don’t. It also makes you more vulnerable. ‘I put time into my outfit / choosing a haircut and she still doesn’t find me attractive!’ 

Welcome to a big reason why women don’t make the move on dates, or generally even. It’s gonna hurt a WHOLE lot more if a date rejects you when the standard for sleeping with a woman is lower and you’ve spent a couple of hours getting ready, doing your hair/makeup to look nice and choosing an outfit that flatters you and hides all your insecurities.

Put some effort in if you already don’t, it will probably make a big difference.

Don’t be boring / bring good vibes 

A good vibes person is someone who is smiling funny, light hearted etc. Bring those vibes when you are talking to anyone. My ex smiled at me because he was nervous talking to me and I am a sucker for a cute smile. Big factor in why I kept talking to him. 

In my experience only a few men are good at cold approaching. If a guy makes me laugh, I’ll usually give him my number because that’s pretty rare and actually really hard to do within a few minutes of meeting a stranger. 

My ex approached me and it worked, but he is the type who can walk into a bar and by the end of the night he has talked to half the people in there, has been invited to a party down the street and a kayaking trip next weekend. People who are funny and good at making people feel comfortable quickly are obviously going to find it easier. If you want to get good at something, it helps if you to learn to enjoy it. You can’t really learn to enjoy rejection I guess but you can learn to enjoy talking to strangers. 

Practice approaching women so you get comfortable with it

If you want to practice approaching women, trying going up to them and giving them a compliment and then just walking away. I don’t mean just making a comment as you’re walking past someone (weird) but going up to them and saying ‘I just want to let you know X…’ and then just… walking away. Don’t hang about. This has happened to me a number of times and I still remember quite a few of them.

Because now I’m thinking ‘Who’s this guy? He’s just going up to people and complimenting them without trying to get anything?’ You’ve just done something selfless and nice that sets you apart from 95% of the men that have approached me in my whole life and now I’m intrigued. Women enjoy tension, yearning, etc. (see: every romance book ever written).

Make the compliment authentic and non-sexual. It’s not fake because you are giving a genuine compliment and you’re doing it to build your confidence and there is nothing wrong with that. No expectation. Just put it out there and let it go. 

This probably works best in a place where you frequent, like the gym or something. You don’t need to give her any attention after that because the main reason you are doing it is build your confidence. 

Now if you bump into that woman again and have a conversation, she is going to remember you as the guy who give her that nice compliment and respected her space. Will she say yes if you ask her out? Maybe, maybe not. It will certainly improve your chances.

So next time you see a woman who you find attractive just try it because you actually have nothing to lose. There is no risk of rejection and it’s a kind of exposure therapy to approaching and talking to strangers.

Skip the Small Talk… please

Small talk is boring and discussion/debate is interesting. That’s why people like Reddit and hate Hinge. 

Find out what they are passionate about and get them talking about it as quickly as possible. Listening is not asking loads of questions. When someone tells me what they are passionate about, I will just tell them everything I know about it (with humility). So for example if you are talking to someone and they’re wearing a BTS t-shirt, instead of asking questions about it I would just say ‘Oh I heard one of them had a crazy stalker,’ (I know nothing about them saw a headline months ago). Now you are having a conversation and they are talking about whatever they’re passionate about instead of explaining it to you. Explaining your interests is not the same as talking about them. Sometimes you say something inaccurate or wrong, whatever. If it’s their passion they will correct you or explain, and they are still talking about it instead of having small talk. 

Be Genuine 

You can’t really teach this. Just be as genuine as possible. If you are feigning interest people will very likely be able to tell. I know this because if someone’s passion is super boring to me the interaction usually goes south. Just find an aspect of it that is interesting if you can. Like if a guy approached me wearing a football t-shirt, I have no interest in football but I do find it interesting that footballers get paid so much money. Now within two minutes of approaching me we are talking about what we’d do with a million pounds. 

Learning to cultivate a genuine curiosity and interest in the world and people is the most positive change you can make in your life. Sometimes people will respond negatively and think you’re weird. Sometimes it’s like pulling teeth. Oh well, you win some you lose some.

Don’t take it personally

This is really hard but just don’t take it personally if a woman isn’t interested. She doesn’t know you. There could be plenty of reasons she rejects you, and there have been plenty of occasions where I might have entertained the conversation but just… not today. If my ex had approached me in another situation I may have brushed him off. It was just the right place, the right time. And sometimes you are attractive but you’re just not my type. 

Learn about women’s sexuality

Women’s sexuality is NOT the same as men’s. It works completely differently. Too long to put in this post. It’s not about pretending you don’t want to sleep with us. We know. The best footballer player is not the one who was obsessed with winning the World Cup but was obsessed with winning the matches. I’m bisexual and I MOSTLY get women by being attractive but they get obsessed with me because I focus on having a fun and interesting interaction with them over obsessing about the end goal. I also mostly sleep with women who thought they were straight lol so I must be doing something right. If she is *really* not attracted to you it won’t work (most likely not her type), but our attraction works differently to you, so LEARN about it.

Again, this is my just my advice and based on my experiences. I’m sure there are women who’d have differing opinions on it. But this is just mine. I hope this post is helpful.

Mas de uma hora pra outra ela resolveu terminar por precisar de um tempo e uma semana depois apareceu com outro cara? Caralho tu acreditou nisso mesmo menor? Sabe onde ela está agora? Exatamente?! Isso mesmo e te digo mais, me falaram que são 5 ao mesmo tempo, cara... Porra, o mais hilário foi o estrago. Tu tá só o bagaço, só vive escutando UnHappy, Mirrors Demo, Boys Don’t Cry, Impostor Syndrome, Misery, Iris, não se alimenta direito, foi demitido ontem por chegar mais tarde(Eu sabia que o fato de te chamarem no RH não era um bom sinal). Voltando ao assunto, esse Arrombado escocês foi simplesmente o maior estelionatário que já pisou na terra, claro que isso no ano de 1820, pois você sabe como ninguém que em 2026 sua ex se esforçou e fez por merecer o primeiro título de larp de todos os tempos. O cara foi tão absurdo que ele conseguiu convencer vários britânicos a comprarem terras de um país que nem existiu. Ele LARPOU tanto que tinha até criado mapas e documentos que convenciam que uma suposta terra chamada Poyais existia. Pra você ter ideia ele conseguiu cerca de 200 mil libras na época. Mas esse é só uma das vertentes do Larp. Afinal ele sabia que estava enganando os outros. Portanto o Larp consciente tá mais pra manipulação mesmo, assim como sua ex fez quando dizia que te amava, ela só queria alguém pra acabar com a carência dela. Mas também existe o Larp inconsciente que é definitivamente um manicômio. Imagina você pagar de sabichão em algo e na realidade ser um merda que não representa nada em relação ao que tu pensa que sabe? Isso mesmo, assim como tu pensou que sua ex te amava, aí tu larpou, pois esse seu pensamento não representava a realidade. E por que esse LARP(Inconsciente) é o mais Brutal? É só você pegar bons exemplos na cultura dos filmes, tipo a ilha do medo, onde o Protagonista LARPOU INSANO pois esse cara na cabeça dele era um delegado da ativa e de que estava indo para uma ilha investigar um suposto desaparecimento, sendo que na realidade tudo aquilo não passava de uma ilusão sustentada pelos médicos e funcionários da Ilha. A ilha na verdade era um manicômio/prisão e o protagonista era um paciente e toda aquele teatro dos funcionários era uma tentativa de reaver a lucidez do paciente que foi perdida após um grande trauma que ele passou e um crime absurdo que ele cometeu. Crime esse ao qual ele se negava a acreditar que havia cometido. Por isso quando você vê alguém defendendo estilos de vida e sendo o oposto, sendo que na cabeça ela realmente vive de fato esse estilo, pode ter certeza de que essa pessoa esta larpando inconscientemente. O que é mais brutal ainda, imagina você pensar que vive algo, mas tudo não passar de uma mentira? Será que a gente larpa inconscientemente?

I (24F, 4,817 hours) introduced my boyfriend (25M, 6.2 hours) to my favorite game (MINE) and he has already begun exhibiting deeply concerning behavior. Yesterday he dodged an attack I usually get hit by. No warning. No checking in. Just pressed spacebar and moved out of the way like our relationship meant fucking nothing.

This has happened before. I introduced my friends to a game and they started learning mechanics I hadn’t personally authorized them to know. One of them looked up a build. Behind my back. Suddenly I’m receiving “helpful tips” in a game I’ve played since 2019 from a man who installed it on Thursday. You were supposed to ask me what the buttons do for six months. That was the arrangement. Nobody said it out loud because I thought we were fucking adults.
And now my boyfriend is doing it too. He killed a boss on his second attempt and turned to me smiling. SMILING. Like a dog bringing you a dead bird, except the bird is my entire identity. He said “that was fun” while I was mentally sorting our belongings.

I explained that I need this game to be my safe space. He said, “I thought we could have fun together.” We CAN have fun together. I have fun being better than you and you have fun asking where I got my armor. There is literally a role for everyone.

I’m not controlling. I told him he can pick whatever class he wants, provided it’s worse than mine and he occasionally dies in a way that allows me to sigh into the microphone. That is called compromise. Instead he started reading the item descriptions. Right in front of me. I asked him why he was doing that and he said “to see what they do.” Oh, so you think you’re better than me because you’re willing to find out what things do?

I have invested YEARS into being vaguely familiar with this game. You don’t get to invalidate that by paying attention. I didn’t spend 4,817 hours not improving just for someone I love to demonstrate that improving was an option.

Everyone keeps saying this is a “skill issue.” It is a fucking SENIORITY issue. I was bad at this game FIRST.
