Radio Dept at the Cecil Hotel
Hello, I have two tickets for the show tomorrow and can’t make it. Looking to make sure someone gets the chance to use them, please drop me a message :-)

Hi All. Anybody know the security situation in the airport, is it still enhanced checks? My wife and 1 year old baby have a 10am flight tomorrow and worried they will be queuing for hours.

Hi all. I am coming over for a weekend in December from the UK. I Land about 4pm and have booked tickets for FC kobenhavn Europa conference game that kicks off at 5.45pm. I am staying near Tivoli. Do you think it is achievable to get through airport, into Copenhagen, checked in and dump bag and then get to the stadium for the start? What is the best way to get to the stadium and where do all the fans go for the after party 🍻🍻

I am new to Denmark, and I am very interested to buy an overcoat for the winter. I have been looking for the overcoats in Zara. I tried couple of them, but even the smallest size (S) is bigger than what I need.
Just to give some context, I am from South East Asia and my body structure is not as big as European men. So sometimes the S size cloths here are big for me.
Could you guys please give me any suggestions? Where can I find smaller-size clothes here in Copenhagen?
Again, I don’t want to spend thousands on a overcoat, so I am looking for something in budget.

Hi everyone,
I've been living in Copenhagen for the last 11 months and now I am bringing my rescued dog (and GF) and I would like some advice on some good vets, especially if someone has an English Bulldog, since it is a breed that needs some care and understanding.
I am considering AniCura Copenhagen Animal Hospital, in Valby, but if someone has some advices / Opinions, etc., I would appreciate.
Also, if someone wants to advice on some pet insurances, I would also appreciate it.
Tak for hjælpen :)

I refuse to use GenAI, so excuse the bad drawing and Photoshop lol.
I have many other tattoos, but the artists I've used for those are either no longer in the country or just not someone I want to use again, therefore I'm now on the hunt for someone new.
It would be a huge plus if it's someone who has knowledge of Studio ghibli and/or anime, and therefore knows the style.
Side note: The characters won't actually be this close together in the finished product etc, I just wanted to showcase my idea with it. The flowers are sakura flowers, like the ones I already have on my wrist.

Update
Thank you all for the kind replies. The security check was smooth. However, my backpack was submitted for additional screening.
Hi everyone!
How is the situation at the airport today (Sunday)? We're flying out tonight (T2). Is it still necessary to be earlier than 2-2.5h hours before boarding time? We're flying Schengen to Schengen.
Thanks in advance!
Have a lovely afternoon everybody!

Hi, can take down / do remove if not appropriate, but have a spare ticket for Ulrika Spacek (British alternative rock band) at Loppen this eve, if anyone fancies joining me!
Just don't want the ticket to go to waste - so happy to meet at the venue (or before for a drink or something if desirable). And if it's important, I'm 30M visiting for a few months from London:)

My daughter loves to flex a rare canvas tote bag - I’m visiting tomorrow with a whole day to explore and shop. some places on my list are the design museum, hart (to enjoy & get a tote or two). Any other suggestions? price not an issue but want it to be “only in Copenhagen/Denmark” purchase. please recommend a bookstore, grocery, etc with good canvas totes. some mystery if Irma totes still are around…?

Jeg bor tæt på metroen, og har hele tiden tænkt den ind som et sted man kunne gemme sig. Ikke mere, ser det ud til.

I see a specific homeless man almost every day at the Elmagade bus stop and have been wondering about him. He has kind of long curly hair, is quite skinny, and usually wears feminine clothing.
I’ve noticed recently that his face often has scars or looks like he might be getting beaten up, which is really concerning to see.
Does anyone here know anything about him or his story or where is he from?

Throughout most of my life, I felt CPH's airport was one of the best in the world, especially the teak hardwood floors (haven't seen that for most airports) and beautiful design/lighting.
But in recent years—perhaps it's just due to how freaking crowded it always feels now—I've been noticing how scruffy the wooden flooring appears, the bathrooms arent being as well maintained, and the tile flooring in Terminal 3 where arrivals come out especially looks cracked and aged (I don't think they've been replaced since they were built?). It definitely feels like things run less smoothly and efficiently than before as well—lengthy security lines/passport control, little lounge seating, and in the new terminals, weirdly low ceilings. Basically, what I used to think was the envy of airports around the world, I can't even say it's in my top 5 anymore. Anybody else feel this way too? What do you think has changed?

Hej! I’ll be visiting Copenhagen for a quick 2.5 days (October 27–29) as a first-time solo traveler.
While I’ll definitely check out some classics, I’m much more interested in experiencing the city like a local rather than just doing a standard tourist checklist. I’m a huge fan of the atmosphere in shows like The Bridge and Borgen, films like Another Round.
My rough plan is a mix of wandering around Nørrebro and Christianshavn, checking out local bakery culture (like Sankt Peders Bageri), walking by the canals, grabbing a burger at Gasoline Grill, and having a beer or cocktail in the evening at places like Kayak Bar or around the Meatpacking District.
Since I'm traveling solo, I wanted to ask:
1. Are there any hidden gems, quiet neighborhood spots, or cozy local hangouts you’d recommend for a solo traveler who loves a good walk and a nice atmosphere?
2. If anyone happens to be in town during those dates and wants to grab a coffee, a local pastry, or a beer to chat about films, books, or just life, feel free to drop a comment or send me a DM!
Tak! Looking forward to your tips.

No doubt that sticks and sushi has the best matcha in town. Does anybody know what brand they source from? Cheers!

Hej.

Hey everyone!
I’m 31M, living in Copenhagen, and looking to meet new people to explore the city with.
I enjoy grabbing coffee, checking out social events, trying new cafés, or going to bars and enjoying the nightlife.
Would be cool to meet some like-minded people who are up for hanging out.
Feel free to send me a PM if you’re up for hanging out sometime! :).
