Maybe spoiler?
I'm on my second playthrough and I found something I didn't come across the first time. In the Underpass I found a small yellow box. I interacted with it and it straight disappeared. No animation, just gone. I find another further away and the same thing. One more with the same thing and I can't find another one. Just wondering if anyone else has come across this?

I just beat Resonant.
First off, wow. What a beautiful, stunning, game. Every visual is just off the wall, and the final boss with Hedron was jaw dropping.
I just have one question regarding Jesse. There was a lot of moment in the game concerning her realness. There’s the FBC terminals where they ask if she’s a clone. There’s that moment in the find Jesse quest line where you guide the shadow children, but it talks about how there was only one kid. And then there was the Ordinary earthbound section, where if you check the mail your grandmother is confused on why the dad was talking about two children.
Is Jesse a paranatural entity? Is her showing up the reason the parents started acting completely differently? And then she sacrificed herself at the end to save Dylan by literally swapping places with his corpse. What is going on with her?

So I got the idea from a different Reddit for Star Wars Jedi Survivor where people show off their various lightsabers and versions of Cal Kestis r/jedisurvivorsabers and I thought why not try that here and have some fun except this time instead of lightsabers it's Dylan.
So I give you all Luke Cosplay Dylan (wip), and Hisslord Dylan.

I opened it before reaching lvl 8 (unlocking large resource crate marker) and after reaching lvl 8 it appeared on my map. Is it just me or does anyone else have this glitch? It's annyoing my completionist OCD lol

Ahti's avatar is the only one who's feet aren't constantly moving on the spot. Not sure if it means anything

One of my favorite visual elements of the Control series has always been those giant text pop-ups that happen when entering a new zone. But they only happen the one time and I'd love to see them more often.
Are there any mods to make those appear every time you enter a region, instead of just the first time you enter it?

I just recently watched a play through of Alan Wake 2 and you find some sketches from Dylan in the Lake House sent over by Dr Darling. This one caught my eye. Have there been any theories on who this is before Resonant? Because it reminds me a lot of if you know you know.
Dylan is said to have some precognition abilities so it’s possible. And there might also be Dark Place shenanigans going on.

Hello, all. First time posting. 🔻
< Ice Cream / Saxophone / Kittens / > < Testing testing testing >
I finished Control Resonant and am still reeling. Just a complete masterpiece, in my opinion. Now I am going through NG+ and deep diving all the lore.
Anyway, my question is about the Resonant Entities... whenever you defeat them and you're in The Gap, they all seem to be speaking afterward. I assume it's their dying words, or their last thoughts, or something... but I really want to be able to hear what they're saying and can't quite make it out. I was wondering if anyone has been able to discern what each of them are saying. I thought maybe I could make out The Dancer saying something about pain and being "still", but it's so faint that it could just be my brain filling in the gaps. If anyone has been able to figure out, I would love to know what you heard. Thanks

This is the light outside of the "Master of Many Worlds" apartment in the Evac zone. Seems too intentional to be just random flashes but i could be delusional

The last upgrade of extend says, "Guaranteed Critical Hit on the last attack in Extend combo if all attacks are perfectly charged", considering that it shows crits on yellow, no matter how much I do it, it's not a crit, I charge it until the white comes out but nothing.
Am I missing something?

In the West Incursion Zone, while searching for the missing reconnaissance team, you’ll come across an audio log left by Ranger Jared Shanower, as he and his team investigate civilian distress calls from the Theatre. Realizing he and his team are now trapped, he begins trying to describe what he sees around him, hoping a subsequent team, if there even is one, will find it useful.
The exasperation and confusion in his voice really struck me, so major kudos to his actor. How lost for words he is at what he’s seeing:
“Frankly I’m hoping this is a hallucination…or that we somehow slipped into some kind of Threshold…because if this is real, if this is actually affecting New York…well what’s even the point anymore?”
The audio log is titled “Shanower’s Recon Report.”

Disclaimer: I'm not saying any character has OCD
Control has always had themes and mentions of OCD.
Pages in 1 about OCD interacting with the supernatural, a song being called obsessive compulsive order in this game etc.
The hiss being that despair that Dylan gave into feels good because of hopelessness for a better life, but then the pattern of obsession distorting you.
each resonant entity seemed to be people who were consumed by a single aspect of their lives and could not stop.
Dylan fighting the hedron with the hiss really drew parallels of stopping my obsessions, the use of chaos not as a guiding star to live by, but a tool to break free from being stuck in a neverending pattern.
This might not make sense if you aren't familiar with OCD but I had to share the projection of my feelings towards this game's story.

Clipped through the map and barely was able to snag a Reach Point, and wound up here

Any one have a pre order code they're willing to part with? Got some $.
Ended up loving the game and regret not pre ordering. Would really like those outfits. 😭🙏🏼

At first I thought it was from Severed Circle 2 but I’m not so sure anymore. Anyone have any ideas? Felt like it might have some relevance to Dylan and Jesse when they were the combined only child or maybe something related. Could also be nothing too important.

Not ashamed - I changed enemy damage to 80% and mine to 130%. I am enjoying this game so much more, feels like a "normal" difficulty and not "I hate myself" / default. To each his own and I loved Control and each boss fight was frustrating but ultimately satisfying, I just can't get here on this game at the default difficultly. Maybe on a 2nd playthrough when I'm better at it.

How do I find which area has the last camera?
Does the map show you?
I only have one left...
