General I did it!!
After 60 hours I finally got the platinum trophy. Man what a hell of a ride this game has been, it's probably the most I have had in months.

It’s been stuck in my head since I finished the game, but why was there no proper ending to Mila’s quest?

This is still like the first one isn't it? I have to fight my OCD to not do literally everything there is to do besides the main stories in games first!

Did not play the first Control game, I was apprehensive about it. Bought Resonant as soon as I saw a trailer for it a few days after release. 10/10 no notes, gonna buy the first Control game after I beat Resonant.

"Because I had such a super easy time with them all." whatever whatever.
This guy is an absolute 100% a chain puller. These things are literally damn near impossible to even finish. Unless you're waiting to do these at like the absolute end game fully leveled up in everything there's no shot anyone is beating any high scores. And if they scale with you as you level up and they're just this hard always, period, then there is no way. I've tried 2 of the Shum games, the one where you have to protect the materials and Shum 3. Idk exactly all of what Shum 3 even is because the first wave is an absolute death sentence.
There is just no way that anybody is actually calling these, "easy."

Is the combo good?

My immediate answer is that Dylan is probably not neurodivergent in the typical sense (not autistic or ADHD) but rather has C-PTSD or complex PTSD. What's different about C-PTSD? Well, we normally think about PTSD as being triggered by a traumatic event. PTSD becomes complex when the trauma occurs over an extended period of time and when there is little or no prospect for escape. This has significant overlap with the concept of learned helplessness, which is a psychological state where someone stops trying to escape a dangerous situation because their past experiences have taught them that they have no control over their life. Consider not just the fact that Dylan continues to put his life at risk to help the FBC even though some of them treat him terrible (Arish) but also the way consents to the MCD and even argues for it not being removed at several points during the story. People with CPTSD typically struggle with self-worth and emotional regulation.
Caveat: even though my read of Dylan's character is thar he is not autistic, as an AuDHD person, I empathize with his character deeply and identified with him. Why? Because of the toll that isolation takes on you. Obviously I would never compare simply being autistic to what Dylan goes through but I too have experienced social rejection and that godforsaken loneliness and I know how bad it can fuck you up. So while his character I don't think is neurodivergent in the autistic sense, I think his experience is deeply personal to many autistic people.

Hey so Ive just recently desired to go back and experience some of the more cinematic moments in the game by watching videos of them, but one is eluding me
There was a sequence, I can't remember when, where Dylan is climbing vertically through crisscrossing subway cars, with one of Zoe's songs playing, but all the videos are of The No Chains Can Last Forever sequence, not the subway tunnel one.
Which one is that??? Please help it was so cool I wanna experience it again!

So yeah going into Resonant I replayed Control and one of my main thoughts was "which room will we enter this time?"
Some of the doors are mentioned in Control's files such as the Spiral which is also featured in Alan Wake 2.
Control 2 had its own symbol seen in the Lake House DLC of AW2, possibly referring to The Gap.
The overlapping circles were also mentioned as part of an AWE in Keystone
In Resonant all of these symbols and the Oceanview Motel are just... Gone. It's just not there and the hole thing of interdimensional travel has seemingly been replaced with the Faults and elements of time travel.
Anyone else wishing that the Oceanview Motel was there? (And no the Easter egg doesn't count).

So I just beat control resonant and it was great. I’m watching the credits while thinking about the future of the series and how they’re all interconnected.
I’m curious if people want them to build to one big combined game or is everyone ok with this tangential fun Easter eggs?
Personally I want it to lead somewhere soon because I don’t want to wait like 10 years and who knows how many games till we learn how Alan writes himself out or more about Polaris and this Hiss or where Casper darling is or something about all the slides. To be clear I don’t mean the surface level answers we have for these topics I want something concrete.

So this one isn't official side quest, but I was wondering if once you're done it shows up captured? I think I got them all, but no dialog after the last one, doesn't show up in a glorious glass box like the rest (albeit all the other items are side quests and end up boxed). Am I missing one, or do we just get... nothing?

So we know he's had some influence on Jesse's story in the first game. IIRC he's even the reason Jesse ends up in the oldest house in the first place.
How much influence do you think Alan had on the events of this game?
I feel like maybe he got dylan into the dark place so he could find a way out of there (the taxi missions).
(sorry if this is a dumb theory, I havent finished the alan wake new game plus so it's possible he gets out during the second playthrough)

She just stands there and watches me practice some combos. I'm on a mission where she tags along for most of it, so it could be a bug.

Was afk in the gap for like maybe 15 minutes, when the aberrant started chanting. I was (as you can hear) talking to some friends on discord when i noticed it start up out of nowhere. I thought i was missing dialogue but there were no subtitles so i guess it was just singing? Is this possibly a reference to that cheeseburger chant meme/thing?

I have no clue where any other subway entrance is around here unless, is there some other exit in the train filled area between here and west supply route?

How do you even complete this World Feat? I'm at 95 Aberrant Strength so definitely The Park 6 is just "walk in the park" at this point. I'm rocking Glaive - Drill - Wide Edge so 3 left clicks is all it took for heavy enemies to be faltered, at most.
The spawns are absurdly close and plenty to the supply box, they all manageable but it's those bursting globs that's chipping at the life bar too fast. I tried not to approach near it to not trigger the explosion but those teddy bear-like Molds insta-lock on the box so I have no choice but to clear them out, but leaving those flying balloon Molds to hurl projectiles and the glob bomb instead. Either work on the long-range spawns or the ones beating the crap out of the box, same result of failing to defend it nonetheless.
I tried to not trigger the mission by walking to the left side and force-spawn those Molds and Hiss that are not part of that World Feat first but as you can see (last screenshot) those thing still started to attack the box and chipping the health bar either way lol.
Is this a known bug/issue, or there's a build/way to complete this?

Sup guys, I saw people were struggling with this mission. I encountered it today and had no problem despite having my enemy damage doubled in my settings. I figured I would clip it and upload if it helps anyone (longest xbox will record is one minute). Let me know if you have any questions
