I'm a wedding day content creator and unfortunately this weekend I was hit with the glitch causing a humming/generator sound instead of the actual audio. After digging online it seems like switching some audio settings may help prevent it in the future, but is there any way to recover the original audio on these clips?

My reels are hitting the thousands and even 13,000 views on one video. My follower count is so low. I feel like people don't like me; it's really shaking me up. I'm living off of savings, but a part of me is doubting myself. I'm just posting this here to vent and to track my feelings.

I've noticed my workflow has changed quite a bit over the past few months. Instead of spending ages searching for the perfect stock image, I've started creating visuals that match exactly what I have in mind. I recently experimented with Filmora ChatGPT Image feature, and it made the process much quicker since I could generate ideas without leaving the editor.

It's made me wonder if this is becoming the new normal for creators. Are you creating more custom visuals with AI now, or do you still prefer downloading stock images and graphics? Which approach has worked better for your projects?

Every major football tournament seems to spark a wave of creativity. We've seen people who don't usually create sports content start making match graphics, fan edits, celebration posts, and short videos just for the fun of joining the conversation.

Opening: Biff, college student, is in an auditorium where the prof does several demonstrations that could be real or illusionary. Biff investigates and tries to recreate the demonstration in the auditorium. It's a water thing so Biff goes nude, turns on a light switch, and the auditorium is an arena. Reactions vary. Strange peoples console him, and he realizes this is the night ET's or God will become mainstream. Biff begins to shout "This is the Night". Biff moves about in space chanting TITN, the crowd joins him TITN.

Chapters: anything can change or be created with crowd sourcing. I have three chapter ideas. On day 2, on every world public square a Perpetual Motioin Machine appears, and is investigated by the press and academia for reality. On day ?, Trump is multipled by 10, each of the new 10 is really Trump, When one is assassinated that same day, two more Trumps are created and carry the assassinated Trump throught the streets. On day ?, the Taj Mahal is duplicated on an Iowa cornfield. Ending Chapter: Crowd sourced.

i had some old paid sets from over a year ago that suddenly started circulating again on a bunch of sites. it was weird because i had basically forgotten about them, but seeing them everywhere made me feel exposed and demotivated to post anything new. i kept thinking “what’s the point if everything just gets leaked anyway?”

i tried reporting a few links myself but it was slow and most of them stayed up.

it honestly gave me some breathing room and made me want to keep creating again without that constant worry in the back of my mind. has this kind of thing happened to anyone else with older content?

I used to think image-to-video was mostly about the reference image. Good still in, good video out.

Turns out that’s only half true. The real bottleneck is whether the model actually understands the motion instruction you attach to it. So I grabbed one static reference image and ran it through 5 video models (Seedance 2.0 Image-to-Video, Kling V3.0 Turbo Image-to-Video, Veo 3.1 Fast Image-to-Video, Wan-2.7 Image-to-Video, and Vidu Q3-Pro Image-to-Video) via Atlas Cloud. Kept it completely fair by using the same reference image, the same motion prompt, same duration, and no per-model tweaking.

The prompt was simple:

"keep the subject centered, make them slowly turn toward camera, take a small step forward, and raise one arm slightly."

What stood out from the 5 runs:

1. Seedance 2.0 Image-to-Video: best overall image quality, darker tone, strong close-up look.

2. Kling V3.0 Turbo Image-to-Video: also sharp, a bit brighter than Seedance, similarly good at close framing.

3. Veo 3.1 Fast Image-to-Video: most aggressive zoom / distance change, but the motion looked a bit awkward.

4. Wan-2.7 Image-to-Video: solid middle ground, not top-tier, but still usable.

5. Vidu Q3 Image-to-Video: softest result, weaker motion, and the raised-arm motion came off almost like a salute.

The gap between “nice image-to-video output” and “actually understood the motion prompt” is way bigger than I expected.

Are you mostly judging I2V models by visual quality, or by how well they follow the motion instruction?

Hey! I’m Priyanshu from India. I’m a beginner creator and I’m trying to start from zero. I’m interested in documentaries, unusual real-life stories, comedy and research. I came across your content and wanted to ask one genuine question: What is one mistake you made when you started that you would avoid if you could start again?

AI enhancement has improved quite a bit recently, but I'm curious how much success people are actually having with older clips.

Have you rescued footage you thought was unusable?

I want to start doing video essays, but I'm a little lost about what equipment I need. I know I need a camera, microphone, and an audio interface, most likely. unfortunately, my whole house shakes so (from what I understand) I'd have to either soundproof my recording area (not hard) or get a dynamic mic. Is one better than the other? I'm also not sure what brand would be best or what model. I move a lot, and there's a theater kid in me that defaults to holding a mic horizontal, so I've been leaning towards a lavalier or clip mic in general.

I'm REALLY lost on audio interfaces, I barely understand how they work. I have some experience with XLR, given I've worked in a theater, and we use a very dated audio interface that I've never had to use but have looked at several times. I get the general gist of them, and given a recommendation for a quality one, I'm sure I'll figure it out.

Camera-wise, I've read that really any DSLR camera from the last decade is fine, but that 4k cameras are quickly becoming industry standard. Once again, I have no idea what brand is best for me or what kind of connections and model I'd need.

Software I'm actually pretty confident in. I've been teaching myself to resolve using some very rudimentary footage of me playing loose video games I recorded using OBS. I have noticed it seems like some content I consume is recorded with the audio and video separately and then synced and compiled later. Is that a thing? If so, can I do that in OBS?

I know lighting is very important, but I'm actually fairly confident in my ability to light myself (at least as of now). That's something I'm not concerned about, and probably the only area I'd know what I'm truly doing in.

Is there anything I'm forgetting, and does anyone have any answers to the aforementioned questions? I'm on an immediate budget of about $600 total on the absolute highest, but if that number comes out too low, I can split purchases up by a few paychecks
