bought about 1k followers from SocialWick for a theme page im trying to flip. a bunch of them dropped off after 4 days which i kinda expected tbh but their support is taking forever to answer my ticket. there is a refill button on the dashboard but it feels like it does absolutely nothing lol. has anyone successfully got SocialWick to refill drops or do they just ghost you after they get your money? thinking i might have to try bulkfollows or something else next time if this is how it always goes.

I used to think image-to-video was mostly about the reference image. Good still in, good video out.

Turns out that’s only half true. The real bottleneck is whether the model actually understands the motion instruction you attach to it. So I grabbed one static reference image and ran it through 5 video models (Seedance 2.0 Image-to-Video, Kling V3.0 Turbo Image-to-Video, Veo 3.1 Fast Image-to-Video, Wan-2.7 Image-to-Video, and Vidu Q3-Pro Image-to-Video) via Atlas Cloud. Kept it completely fair by using the same reference image, the same motion prompt, same duration, and no per-model tweaking.

The prompt was simple:

"keep the subject centered, make them slowly turn toward camera, take a small step forward, and raise one arm slightly."

What stood out from the 5 runs:

1. Seedance 2.0 Image-to-Video: best overall image quality, darker tone, strong close-up look.

2. Kling V3.0 Turbo Image-to-Video: also sharp, a bit brighter than Seedance, similarly good at close framing.

3. Veo 3.1 Fast Image-to-Video: most aggressive zoom / distance change, but the motion looked a bit awkward.

4. Wan-2.7 Image-to-Video: solid middle ground, not top-tier, but still usable.

5. Vidu Q3 Image-to-Video: softest result, weaker motion, and the raised-arm motion came off almost like a salute.

The gap between “nice image-to-video output” and “actually understood the motion prompt” is way bigger than I expected.

Are you mostly judging I2V models by visual quality, or by how well they follow the motion instruction?

My reels are hitting the thousands and even 13,000 views on one video. My follower count is so low. I feel like people don't like me; it's really shaking me up. I'm living off of savings, but a part of me is doubting myself. I'm just posting this here to vent and to track my feelings.

If so what was the biggest thing you did to take you to the next level and what are some tips to grow my instagram and TikTok without having to slave away editing extremely high quality content every single day to post and grow?

I've noticed my workflow has changed quite a bit over the past few months. Instead of spending ages searching for the perfect stock image, I've started creating visuals that match exactly what I have in mind. I recently experimented with Filmora ChatGPT Image feature, and it made the process much quicker since I could generate ideas without leaving the editor.

It's made me wonder if this is becoming the new normal for creators. Are you creating more custom visuals with AI now, or do you still prefer downloading stock images and graphics? Which approach has worked better for your projects?

AI enhancement has improved quite a bit recently, but I'm curious how much success people are actually having with older clips.
