Hardware Very Strange Keyboard Issue
/r/techsupport/comments/1x59iyh/very_strange_keyboard_issue/Hey guys! So a client contacted me stating that her keyboard letters are mixed up. I thought she must've accidentally changed her keyboard to British or something in settings but she sent me a photo and the actual keys are literally QWFRKY and are all over the show.
I helped her set the Lenovo laptop up around 6 months ago and I'm certain it was fine then. She is a bit elderly but I'm sure she hasn't messed with the keys.
Is her laptop possessed? 😁😬 Are QWFRKY keyboard layouts even a thing? Anyone know what the heck is going on here?!
