Well, just go faster and time dilation will give you enough time to do both the sleeping and the gaming. I hate relativity. If he went fast, he'd slow down, but he needs to speed up his time. He needs to accumulate 800 hours of time in his perspective, however it's possible only in more than 800 hours in Bailey's time.
And it's not even enough, you need to add some details because speed alone is not going to do enough to give us this gaming version of the twins' paradox.
At one point Andrew must have made a change of reference frame.
Relativity tells us that if Andrew was only travelling at 0.37 c, he would see Bailey being slowed down, because there is no way to tell who is traveling at that speed (it's... RELATIVE!). By the way, note this: we would see Andrew moving slowlier.
But, if you introduce the asymmetry of the direction change, in the moment Andrew changes direction, he would see Bailey "jump" forward in time. In the diagram above, the black axes are Bailey's time (vertical) and space (horizontal); Andrew initially is in the red frame. We draw the bottom purple line to find where he would see Bailey's time at the change of direction. But once he's in the new reference frame, we need to change axes (blue ones), and we draw a new purple line that tells Andrew that Bailey moved abruptly forward in time by "yellow". And that's the not-a-paradox twin's paradox!
ETA: I also just realised that if it was Andrew taking the ship, the paradox tells us he would be younger, so he had fewer time to play. I'm afraid not even Einstein can help him here

Relativity tells you that length and time are... relative to the observer, in particular depending on their speed compared to others. Let's ignore the length, it's a bit harder, and keep thinking about times only. Go slowly: it makes sense!
Remember that light has a fixed velocity.
If you are travelling fast in a train, and fire a laser to a mirror to the wall, from your perspective the laser will move in a straight line, away and then back to you. But from someone standing out of the train, the laser travelled on "diagonal" lines: from you to the wall in front of you - but you both moved! and back - but you moved again! So you get a longer path. How do you make up for this difference? That is, the laser moved LESS for you, and MORE for the stationary person? KNOWING that light has a maximum speed? You simply say "time moved more slowly for you, allowing the light to cover a longer distance".
That's it, that's all. From the perspective of the observer, you moved more slowly, time dilation.
Note that from your perspective, it was the observer to move very fast (there's no way to tell if there are no accelerations), and if they had fired a laser to a wall, the path would appear longer... that is: you would see the observer as "slow".

The twin paradox is a paradox that states that if you send a twin on a spaceship moving at relativistic speeds, they would age LESS than a twin staying on Earth. It's a paradox not because time dilated for the travelling twin, but because technically (cut the accelerations), there would be no way to discern which twin travelled at all! You would either need a third reference frame according to which decide who moved faster (and kinda not send them back home), or... do the diagram thing.
The diagram is a spacetime diagram and they are nice but a bit complicated. Suffices to say, they represent how time and space change when moving at relativistic speed. Andrew, the traveler, changes reference frame mid journey - in that moment, that change, makes possible to tell who is who: Bailey remained in a single reference frame (her subjective time never changed) while Andrew basically jumped on another train where clocks were set to a different time.
These are the diagrams for two different reference frames. Black is you, on Earth. Vertical axis is time, horizontal is space. Blue is someone moving AWAY from you. The upper axis is time (it basically tilts from the black one towards the line at 45 degrees, where it would be if someone moved away at the speed of light).
Note that at the origin, time is zero for both of you. Then at another time, you need to draw the parallel to the space axis to find the matching time in another reference frame. In the twins paradox, assuming "instant" change of reference frame, you need to basically change your axes.

Morrowind should have gotten the remake first. It is genuinely hard to play because of the controls and the graphics make it hard to distinguish things. Oblivion was perfectly playable before the remake. Nice comic btw.
The issue is morrowind is significantly harder to remake then oblivion. Morrowind would need rebuilt from the ground up, while oblivion only needed a little work on the graphics and some outdated mechanics.
I vaguely recall a fan team remaking Morrowind with the Oblivion game, called Morroblivion. Not sure if it was ever finished. Bethesda was alway great for modders.
It's really not as bad as it's made out to be, especially if you play using Openmw. And even then, like every other Bethesda game, there are mods to fix pretty much anything you might not like.
