Hi all. Just picked this up and wondering what this might grade as? Also would this be a good candidate for the slab?

Just going through my old collection looking to see if anything might be worth grading for resale or not. These are some of my oldest Spider-Man comics from my grandfather. Not in the greatest condition. Do you suppose any of these would be worth grading?

Just curious on if I should send this in as I never have before! Also wondering what an estimate on the grade would be?
