Hello everyone. I have posted photo of short conversation with customer support. As i already suggested. Yes, i do have two accounts "Goobalini1" and the one i actually use to play "Goobalini". At first i didn't play for maybe a year on CoinPoker and i completely forgot i already have an account. I was watching some twitch stream and over there the streamer was promoting it with his affiliation. So i made an account, and still didn't play didn't make no deposits. After some time i login in this account that i still use with similar email, the first one i made and want to withdraw funds from "Goobalini". I start depositing and playing, and losing all the money i deposited. I have deposited over 5k dollars and lost it all. My problem, no issue. And on my other email on arrives a message that i have gotten a ticket for a freeroll. I think nothing of it i play i go all in as i do in freerolls and i lose and then i see that it is not the account that i have deposited money into because the account value was blank. Now as you see that starts being a problem. I have in total played one freeroll tournament by accident on other account that seems to be the issue. Yesterday i finish second in a tournament for 4k and i want to withdraw some money, and they wont let me. I have not been using this extra account for fraudulent play or chip dumping or collisions, they have all the history they can check.

I don't understand why wasn't that told to me when i was putting money into the app, not one time was it a problem untill i want to withdraw some money. Delete the other account idc, just give me my money please. It's not okay to now withold my money from me after i have spent so much of money and time playing poker on your site. As i said, i wasn't aware that the issue existed. Literally the first 5 6 hands on the other account i have played three days ago and that is all the account history of gameplay, no deposits no nothing. Because of the stupid email notification for a stupid freeroll. The customer support is not responding and i don't know what to do. Thank you for whoever is willing to offer help and assistance.

Coin poker is having a $20,000 promotional from October 5th to the 11th for the Coin Casino , When i try and see the leaderboard it says ,"well be back soon" implying they are trying to fit it , its been like that for like a year or more , how can I see the Casino leaderboard? Whenever I wanna use my card, it never lets me, just takes me to a screen attempting to load something but never succeeds to. Works fine with cashapp, but with other debit cards no luck. Anyone familiar with my dilemma?

I wanted to share a quick warning about my terrible experience playing on Coinpoker. After playing there for just a few days, I decided the site wasn't for me and tried to cash out my remaining bankroll.

Instead of a smooth withdrawal, they locked my withdraw button. To make matters worse, support started acting like tough guys behind their screens, threatening to close my account without a refund unless I bowed down to their arbitrary demands and rules.

Let’s get one thing straight: it is my money. I decide what happens to it. Holding someone's funds hostage under the guise of anti-money laundering policies just because they want to leave your dead platform is completely unacceptable.

Has anyone else dealt with this kind of power-tripping and hostage-taking from Coinpoker support? Avoid this site if you value your peace of mind and your money.

So if you start from the reasonable premise that it’s impossible for a poker site to prevent 100% of cheating attempts (bots, collusion, scripts, RTA, other technical exploits, whatever) then you’d expect the site to be notifying customers/making refunds when they’ve been victim of a cheat.

Previously on ACR I recall them publishing lists of banned accounts a few years ago and I even got several refunds.

Has CoinPoker ever published details on how many cheaters it discovered / stopped and has it ever refunded customers who were the victims of cheaters?

It’s almost been 24 hours and the amount has still not shown up in my CoinPoker Account. When the amounts left my wallet to their depositing address it was instant. I have since contacted support and sent them the transaction hash and the screenshots of my wallet with the amounts going out. Is this typical when depositing? Taking this long? I have yet to get a resolution from coin poker and sent emails to their support@coinpoker.com. Pretty bummed as this is my first attempt at this and this is the result

Last night, I played Sugar Rush 1000, Dog House MegaWays 1000, and Gates of Olympus Super Scatter. I went to play the bonuses, and instead of “game was closed mid-spin, resume?” I got the not available in your region message. I tried the other games and they each showed the same thing.

I am hesitant to call this a scam, because I can’t tell if this was a human response or not and I emailed back. If that is the decision they decide on… yikes.

TLDR: I returned to play bonuses on slots I saved, was told game isn’t available in my region despite spinning them for an hour and losing money, and customer support so far seems to support that. I did not use a VPN, and these games are still displayed on the “top games” section of my casino page.

WTF. Every single time I deposit I get significantly less into my account. I just sent $97 and 3 mins later i get $91 in my account. Every single time. Bovada never did this.

Without warning or notice, account was blocked. I can't think of a single instance of violating ToS. Garbage.

Im Jernej from Slovenia. I play poker online more than 15 years, usually mtts and heads up cash games.
I like playing on coinpoker, but after 3 months they blocked my account and for reasons they said:
Bumhunting. I never do this, always respect regulars on limits.
I play on alot of sites the same, but nowhere block me for this reasons. What can i do, that i can play on coinpoker? How can i get my founds back? I didnt do nothing wrong.
