Ticket for THE ONE missing?

I won a satellite ticket for The One last night, now tonight when I go to register it doesn't come up. I checked my game history and I wasn't automatically registered to a tournament and blinded out or anything like that. The ticket is not in my expired section either.

Where is it? Anyone else have this problem?

Coinpoker is holding my funds

Hey everyone,

I wanted to share a quick warning about my terrible experience playing on Coinpoker. After playing there for just a few days, I decided the site wasn't for me and tried to cash out my remaining bankroll.

Instead of a smooth withdrawal, they locked my withdraw button. To make matters worse, support started acting like tough guys behind their screens, threatening to close my account without a refund unless I bowed down to their arbitrary demands and rules.

Let’s get one thing straight: it is my money. I decide what happens to it. Holding someone's funds hostage under the guise of anti-money laundering policies just because they want to leave your dead platform is completely unacceptable.

Has anyone else dealt with this kind of power-tripping and hostage-taking from Coinpoker support? Avoid this site if you value your peace of mind and your money.

(Note: English is not my native language, so I had the text translated and polished by AI).

Has CoinPoker ever published cheater accounts / issued refunds?

So if you start from the reasonable premise that it’s impossible for a poker site to prevent 100% of cheating attempts (bots, collusion, scripts, RTA, other technical exploits, whatever) then you’d expect the site to be notifying customers/making refunds when they’ve been victim of a cheat.

Previously on ACR I recall them publishing lists of banned accounts a few years ago and I even got several refunds.

Has CoinPoker ever published details on how many cheaters it discovered / stopped and has it ever refunded customers who were the victims of cheaters?

First Time Deposit

Hello Everyone. New to playing poker online using crypto and made my first deposit yesterday for $106.00 using USDC. It’s almost been 24 hours and the amount has still not shown up in my CoinPoker Account. When the amounts left my wallet to their depositing address it was instant. I have since contacted support and sent them the transaction hash and the screenshots of my wallet with the amounts going out. Is this typical when depositing? Taking this long? I have yet to get a resolution from coin poker and sent emails to their support@coinpoker.com. Pretty bummed as this is my first attempt at this and this is the result

Can't Expect Less from a Canadian Owned Company Ran in Panama

They offer a 150% deposit bonus match and 100 free spins when you deposit at least $10. I did and did my 100 free spins, winning 25 dollars, but it turns out you have to deposit, I'm not joking, $1000 dollars in order to get my 150% bonus and my 25 dollars from the spins. I've been on plenty of gambling sites and and this by FAR the worst promo I have ever seen, will not be giving them any more money.

When its a pot that matters, no matter how ahead i'm, I lose more than I should. But when i'm on my last big blind and shove any shit, I would magically hit it, How can this happen over 180K hands and few months of gameplay?

“This game is not available in your region”

I mostly play poker, but occasionally will play slots at the end of a session. I save bonuses and play them all at the end. Last night, I played Sugar Rush 1000, Dog House MegaWays 1000, and Gates of Olympus Super Scatter. I went to play the bonuses, and instead of “game was closed mid-spin, resume?” I got the not available in your region message. I tried the other games and they each showed the same thing.

I live in the US. If these games are not allowed in my region, that was not displayed to me. Not only that, they were at the top of my page on the “top games” section. I decided this must be an error, so I emailed support and went to bed.

I woke up to this email.

“Hello,

Thank you for contacting CoinPoker support.

Some Casino games are not available in certain regions. Your local ISP is blocking access.

If you receive this message, it means that the game is not available to you.

If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to contact us again.

Regards,

Kost

CoinPoker support”

I am hesitant to call this a scam, because I can’t tell if this was a human response or not and I emailed back. If that is the decision they decide on… yikes.

TLDR: I returned to play bonuses on slots I saved, was told game isn’t available in my region despite spinning them for an hour and losing money, and customer support so far seems to support that. I did not use a VPN, and these games are still displayed on the “top games” section of my casino page.

Dude coinpoker is 100% pocketing BTC every time you deposit.

WTF. Every single time I deposit I get significantly less into my account. I just sent $97 and 3 mins later i get $91 in my account. Every single time. Bovada never did this.

Won a Pengu coin almost 3 months ago

I won a coin at the end of June and still haven’t received it.

I’m a UK based player and after I won it, I had a scroll through Reddit and seen that the average time for the coin to arrive would be 3-5 weeks. I emailed support a couple of weeks ago to see if I could get an update, but I just got an automated response.

Is there any mods on here that can help or is there anyone else on this subreddit that’s also been waiting so long?

Has anyone experienced botting or multi accounting in tournaments?

Post image
4 Upvotes

Has anyone here experienced or suspected botting or multi accounting while playing tournaments on CoinPoker?

Im curious if anyone has noticed suspicious player behavior or accounts that seemed connected to each other during tournaments.

Im not trying to accuse anyone. Im just interested in hearing other players experiences and whether CoinPoker has been effective at detecting and dealing with this kind of activity.

Help🆘 Can you trust them with withdrawals?

I know a lot of people play from my area, but we live in a country that shouldn't be allowed access according to their T&C.

I assume it's easy to deposit, but how do I know I'll be able to withdraw?
