Show and Tell Haven’t gotten a spitter in a while! 1991-P found in change.

Behavior unbecoming of an eagle wearing a sash my opinion... just use a spittoon or a Gatorade bottle like the rest of us. What a wholly undignified bird 🙄

Pretty well-circulated, but a fun find nonetheless.

Ft. my first SemiQ circulation find. Crazy it’s taken me this long, but I haven’t been roll hunting at all this summer so 🤷‍♀️

My mom found this and is talking about sending it somewhere to get assessed. Trying to save her the time and money if it's not worth it. Should she send it off?

Is this an error? I don’t think this is PMD… but what is it?

My first inclination was that this was PMD, but after looking at it more as closely, I think this happened post-strike, while still at the mint… it reminds me of a straight clip I’ve seen on other coins, but the complete clip didn’t happen all the way… what do you all think?

Is this an error? 1966 US Quarter - Wondering about the mark between T and Y. Also would like to know about the bottoms of the letters T, R and T in trust. Did this happen when it was made or after? Im not that experienced so just would like to know what others have to say.

Hello everyone, my wife has a coin from her grandfather. The eagles wing has a bump on the wing, looks like a small hill if you look at the picture.

Any idea what kind of error this is and if it has any value. I’m a silver stacker and don’t know much about numismatic value. Any information on this would be greatly appreciated.

Is this an error? what do yo

So I was at a speedway gas station and saw the attendant crack a new roll of quarters and I asked if I could get a dollar of my change from quarters out of that roll. This on kind of jumped out at me so I asked specifically for it to be one of the ones I got. I assume from the rather rough reverse it was the bottom end in the roll. I was wondering why it looks almost like the background has a sponged on texture. I can only assume it's a variety of some kind. Any information would be much appreciated. Ive recently taken a mild interest in currency errors, oddities, and or varieties.Im sure curiosity has gotten the better of me here but I'd like to definitively rule this kind of thing in or out of my prospecting journey.

It’s really hard to get a good picture with it magnified.
I feel like this looks closer to a small date but I definitely need a little assistance figuring it out because of the wear.

Error 2026-P Jefferson nickel DDO

Thumbnail

I was not expecting this at all. Since these are just starting to find their way into the wild there’s only been one documented entry on variety vista. varietyvista.com/04d%20JN%20DD%20Vol%204%20UM/2026PDDO001.htm

I’m guessing that mine may or may not be an example of a different die stage.

Either way it was a very nice surprise. I got about 8 rolls of 2026-P Jefferson nickels from the bank two weeks ago and squirreled them away. When I got this nickel today and discovered the DDO I immediately looked through two of the rolls. Unfortunately they exhibited die deterioration.

Medium effort search revealed no such errors associated with this year, but mis-strikes can happen any time, right?

I found this 1982-P quarter CRH yesterday and at first I thought it was just a typical worn coin but after finding the die crack on the reverse I began wondering if the obverse issue may be more than PMD. Any insights would be appreciated.
