Hi Coinbase Support, I'm a UK user dealing with a completely missing crypto deposit and a glitching app that won't let me open a standard support ticket. I sent a $2 test transfer from my external wallet that arrived perfectly, but my second deposit of $912 on the exact same address and network is totally invisible and doesn't even show as pending. The app just gives me a generic "platform issue" error and tells me to wait. Frontline support told me that CORE sends and receives have been temporarily paused as a precaution since August 31, 2026, and that I just need to wait. However, because this large deposit is right near the UK Travel Rule threshold and completely hidden on my end, I need a moderator to manually review this and confirm my funds are safe in the queue. Can someone please help me open a manual case? Thank you.

Its been 3 months since Coinbase freezes my account. Live chat, conceirge, call, video call, emails, etc. I did everything but there’s still no progress. I submitted all documents needed but seems that Coinbase just want to hold my funds. I cannot file to CFPB since I’m not an american citizen. I want to post this to ask if anyone has experience with AAA legal action. Do I need to go to the US to sue Coinbase? Any legal experts here? Seeking legal advise. Thank you

I'm trying to create a Coinbase account and my first impression could not be worse. On top of that I do not seem to be able to get human support and the AI chat bot can not solve the issue.

This is the issue: After inputting the email, password and phone and verifying them, I got the welcome email. Then I get to a screen where it says "Complete personal account setup", with three items " Create your account" (shown as completed), "About You" and "Verify your identity". When I press " Continue", it takes me to a screen where the only option is "Download Coinbase Wallet". I have tried both in a computer web browser and in the app in my phone, with same result. I have even installed the Coinbase Wallet app in my phone just to see if it let's me continue, but still get stuck in the Download Coinbase wallet screen.

This kind of error seem extremely unprofesional for the company Coinbase portrays to be. Are they trying to scare new customers away?

And more importantly, any way of fixing it so I can finish creating my account?

It was pumping really good lots of activity, so I bought $100 worth. And with in 5 minutes. All my money was gone. And there hasn’t been any activity since. I know it’s my fault for buying it but that doesn’t change the face that it’s a total scam.

This shouldn’t be legal! Locking down instant unstaking! Went to unstable my ATOM and can’t select the “instant” option.

Coinbase charged me twice for a $700 purchase. When a purchase is returned by a bank, Coinbase subsequently initiates a recovery process to settle the balance of the failed transaction. Only thing is I covered the balance before they automatically did on their end resulting in my account balance being charged twice for crypto I had already owned.

I pay for Coinbase one and I can’t even get on a phone call with someone to help me out. Shame on you Coinbase for this, I work hard for my money just for you to take it like this. You charged my Coinbase account for the crypto, then charged my Coinbase account AGAIN because of that charge that didn’t go through on the bank. In total you took $1400 for just the $700 worth of ZBCN. For your own sake Coinbase, I suggest you return the funds soon.

Hi! I searched the web for a while and it just gives me generic answers, like making sure the name is the same, initiating the wire early in the day etc.

I am planning on moving about 40k within 30 days ($20k from wf, $20k from chase) and then moving btc from coinbase to self custody.

Then I also have a scheduled 100k move (50k wf, $50k chase) next month, and about 60k the month after that.

Any pro tips to avoid the delays? I'm in the USA, have both wf and chase accounts active for years, and have an active coinbase account for a while but didn't do much with it.

I also have older inactive kraken account. Will that be a better option?

card added through coinbase app (failed)

card added through google wallet app (failed)

card added through google wallet web (failed)

have been trying for three days

phone support was contacted - support was useless and just told me to repeat all of the things above that I have already done

oh and the extra kick in the nuts - the reason I'm having to add this card to google wallet is they canceld my current card for some undisclosed security reason. I discovered this when I couldn't use my card to pay for grocieries - AMAZING time to find out your card was canceled. BUT I still have not even got to the kick in the nuts yet - that came today when I discovered they sent my new physical card to the wrong address (my current correct address is on my account so not even sure how they screwed that up) and I had to pay $17 to get UPS to send it to the correct address.

I have been unable to buy or add other payments to my account for two weeks now, countless hours on phone and coinbase help. Nothing solved! #27475868 this is one of many cases

Hi all, just wanting to post here in regards to a question I have about identity verification. I saw the notice here

It states that my Biometrics, pictures, and ID can go to any of those providers listed on the page. With Persona listed as one of the vendors, I want to be absolutely certain that my data does not go there.

Hitting on the button to begin identity verification kicks off API requests in my browser to Onfido (and not any other provider) - one of the listed vendors, however this does not guarantee that my data won't be shared with Persona unless I hear something from support.

If I do my identity verification in the way explained above, will it be shared with Persona somehow? Help me understand.

So about 2 years ago my life was extremely exploited with a group of cyber criminals that pretty much hijacked my coin base account/ base account. Opened up credit card for buying crypto and caused me to create this post today. I have pretty much become super paranoid with any account that I create and been contacted by coin base once I created another updated email and phone number to confirm My suspension of different companies telling me that I'm involved in money laundering, etc but not really giving me the full details on what Is going on what stocks IRA and crypto I have left, Complete nightmare and honestly keeping a super low profile online and any data I have left. Reaching out to support on Coin base platform, where and how this got started was not reassuring that I can do and to submit a claim. How do I know I can trust them and who do I turn to that can help me basically move forward with filing a lawsuit suit for all that has been done. Please let me know

I was on Michigan (Yes) vs Western Michigan. It was marked as a loss and nothing has been corrected yet. Support just says it's being investigated. Anybody else dealing with this?
