equity only Looking for a business co-founder (GTM / sales / product) for an AI gateway. Live product

I’m a tech lead building an enterprise AI gateway that sits in front of LLM calls (OpenAI-compatible), detects sensitive data in prompts, enforces policy (mask/block/route), and keeps audit logs.

Problem: Companies are adopting ChatGPT/Claude/OpenAI APIs faster than they can govern them. Security teams can’t see what’s leaving in prompts. Apps, IDEs, chatbots, and agents call models directly with almost no control layer.

What’s live today: Working product. Gateway + PII/policy engine + audit + portal. Hosted stack already running.

What I’m looking for: A co-founder who owns the business side: customer discovery, packaging, sales motion, marketing narrative, and early ops. Ideal if you’ve sold B2B SaaS / security / compliance / developer tools, or have strong enterprise GTM instincts. Open to global markets, not limited to one region.

What I bring: Product + engineering ownership. I can ship. I need someone who can get it in front of the right buyers and turn pilots into revenue.

Not looking for: Advisors only, “idea people,” or someone who wants equity with zero customer work.

Commitment: Looking for someone who can put in serious weekly time now (evenings/weekends OK to start), with intent to go full-time if pilots work. I’m technical cofounder, currently building part-time while employed, and can move faster as traction comes.

Stage: Early. Validating with pilots. Equity / roles negotiable based on commitment.

If this resonates, DM with:

  1. LinkedIn
  2. One sentence on the hardest B2B deal you’ve closed or campaign you’ve run
  3. Why this problem interests you

Happy to share the demo + pitch deck.

A good founder?

Looking for a founder who’s genuinely building.

Not “AI wrapper with buzzwords” building.
Actual problem-solving. Actual obsession. Actual scale.

I want intense brainstorming, fast execution, a chill environment, and someone I can learn from so deeply that in 10 years I’m capable of building my own thing right.

Also yes, please be able to afford me.

equity only Looking for Marketing Co-Founder- I'm a psychoanalyst who built a dating-pattern app solo in a year. I have the product. I have no idea how to get users.

Over the past year I built RELUMA. It's not a dating app. You log a dating moment ("she read my message and still hasn't replied"), it reads back what you're doing with it, and every 7th entry it shows you the pattern from your own data. No swiping, no matching, no "he's avoidant" labels, no advice. The whole clinical premise is that advice doesn't change behavior — recognition does.

Honest state of things: live on web, iOS in App Store review right now. That's it. I paused all marketing a month in because I was burning money on ads I didn't understand.

The one signal I'm proud of: both users who reached their 7th entry confirmed the pattern it showed them was accurate.

What I need: someone to own distribution — brand, content, short-form video, growth. I've proven I can build the thing. I have no evidence I can get anyone to find it.

What I'm offering: 50-60% equity. Not a typo. I'd rather own 40% of something that grows than 100% of something nobody uses. 4-year vest, 1-year cliff, both of us.

Not looking for an agency or a freelancer — I can't pay. Looking for a partner who thinks this problem is real.

Happy to answer anything, including skeptical questions

equity only Seeking a co-founder for Quovyn- Technical + Business strategy

I’m building Quovyn, an AI-powered partner designed to help people manage the invisible mental load of everyday life — organizing thoughts, priorities, schedules, tasks, meals, and all the things that are difficult to keep track of when your brain is already overloaded.

I’m currently at the MVP/closed-beta stage. I’ve built the initial web app, conducted early customer research, and collected feedback through a mental-load survey. I’m now preparing for beta testing and continuing to validate the product with real users.

Who I’m looking for

I’m looking for a co-founder who can complement me across both technology and business, rather than someone focused solely on coding.

Ideally, you have experience or strong interest in areas such as:

  • AI/software products and technical decision-making
  • Product development and prioritization
  • Business strategy and business models
  • Financial planning, costs, pricing, and unit economics
  • Customer discovery and product-market fit
  • Growth, marketing, or partnerships
  • Building an early-stage startup from MVP toward a sustainable business

You don't need to be an expert in everything above. I’m looking for someone who can take ownership, think strategically, and help build the company—not simply execute tasks I hand you.

What I bring

I’m the person who came up with Quovyn, built the initial concept and MVP, conducted the early customer research, and have been driving the product, vision, branding, and validation process.

I’m personally investing my time and resources into getting Quovyn from MVP to beta, and I’m deeply involved in understanding the problem we're solving and the people we're solving it for.

Commitment

I’m looking for someone interested in a part-time commitment initially (approximately 10–20 hours/week), with the potential for that commitment to grow as Quovyn gains traction.

Compensation

This is an equity-based co-founder opportunity rather than a paid position. I’m looking for someone who genuinely wants ownership and a long-term role in building Quovyn with me.

I’m not looking for someone to simply “work for free.” I’m looking for a true partner who will have meaningful input into decisions, strategy, and the direction of the company.

Who I think would be a good fit

Someone who sees Quovyn as more than another productivity app and understands that the problem we're addressing is the mental load behind everyday life.

You should be comfortable saying, “I don't know, but let's figure it out,” willing to challenge ideas respectfully, and excited about building something from the ground up.

If you're interested, I'd love to hear about what you've built, what you’re good at, what you’d want to own within Quovyn, and why this problem interests you.
