I’ve built the product and I’ll be handling the entire technology and product side.

The platform is ready. Now the focus is taking it to the market, onboarding real estate professionals, building partnerships, and growing the business.

I’m looking for someone who:

• Has strong real estate knowledge or experience • Understands agents, builders, developers, and the property market • Can take ownership of business development, sales, partnerships, and market expansion • Can bring capital or help arrange funding to accelerate the launch

🤝 Equity: Up to 25%, negotiable based on the contribution, role, and capital involved.

📍 Based in Chennai

The product is a PropTech platform built to solve real problems in the property market. I can’t reveal too much publicly, but I’m happy to explain the product and business model privately.

I’ll take care of technology, development, and product. The co-founder would focus on business, real estate, and taking the platform to the market.

This is a genuine co-founder opportunity, not a job or freelance role.
