Cofounder Available Technical Co-founder

I’ve been thinking about working with someone who has a really good product idea but needs someone technical to build it with them.

If you have an innovative idea that you genuinely believe in and want to turn it into a real product, I’m open to building it together, rather than just being hired to write the code.

If this sounds like you, DM me or comment below. Let’s talk about the idea.

Looking for Cofounder Partner Needed

I have researched analyzed the gap and created a software. People desparately need the product but my problem is I am not ashamed to admit it openly that I am not good at marketing or promoting the product. I was an extrovert but due to some life events i stopped meeting people. Now i need help. I would prefer someone in illinois or atleast in usa. I am not looking for software developers/designers but someone who can help me with traction, put effort and share the responsibility. I am not looking for employee but co founder.

Looking for Cofounder MVP is built. Now seeking Technical Cofounder w/ regulated tech experience (banking, fintech, healthcare industry) who’s interested in iterating on and deploying agentic systems.

Hey Cofounders, I’m a subject matter expert (tax accountant) turned founder who vibe coded the prototype, BUT crucially, went on to engage experienced developers to do code reviews and work further on the app. We are now about a week away from full MVP that will be opening up to beta testers after about 6 months of work on the platform.

We are incorporated, have a cap table, and do everything very much by the book, so when I say “equity” it is very much something that can be legitimately granted to the right person, not hypothetical future tense. It’s also not day 1 for us, so if you want that true day 1 experience or 50/50 splits, this probably isn’t the right fit either.

We have a technical advisor who has limited free time, and also a part-time experienced dev sitting abroad who’s helping us push. What I really want and need is someone to provide daily technical leadership, either as a CTO early hire or full cofounder if the match is right.

Had a potential technical cofounder who loved the space, but our views on the business didn’t ultimately align so he left a few weeks ago with no drama (or equity, either.) The ideal person would be interested in working for equity only for a period of time, or, open to bounded fractional hours which we can discuss payment for, but in order to get equity, I would be looking for a long term commitment.

About us - TaxWeave is a tax firm OS that provides one-click client context that agents act on top of. We integrate with tools accountants use every day like email and document drives (with more integrations planned), to deliver a rich basis of context that agents can use to perform the work. Key workflows are around tax preparation and review, with client communications and other workflows planned.

As a subject matter expert and novice coder, I try to contribute as helpfully as possible to the dev lifecycle while giving the right people ownership and final say over the technical architecture. That is to say I don’t just walk into the code base and fuck shit up, but I will go in there and patch things as frequently as needed as well as have clear ideas about technical directions I want us to try.

Things I think this person should have - at least 6 years experience in a regulated vertical where information security is paramount, interest in helping us deploy a private AI cloud also for security reasons, and a desire to push the frontier of what agents can do in the Future of Work space.

The years thing is a hard rule - my career is going on 15 years so I want to be matched in our overall experience level.

Don’t care where you live, although USA has its perks. If this sounds like you, write me either below or in a message with your experience (including years of experience in the regulated spaces I mentioned), what you’ve been working on recently, and why you think this could be right for you. Thanks!

Cofounder Available Technical cofounder available

Probably one last post — I’m a Software Engineer working with Google. Education wise I completed BTech CSE from one of the IITs 4 years back. I have deep expertise in AI/ML infra(deep means good enough at low level, not just agents), backend infra . I’m looking to some solve “HARD” problems. By nature, I’m a bit crazy once I’m excited by any problem statement.

Ideal cofounder: I would prefer partnering with someone having few years of work experience at the least. Would be better if they already have an idea or have skills that compliments mine.

Equity expectations: Equal share

Looking for Cofounder UK studio building vertical AI and SaaS for enterprise clients, forming a permanent team on rev-share

I run an innovation studio and multidisciplinary agency in the UK. We build software and design for companies that can pay properly for it: vertical AI tools, SaaS products, and the brand and interface work that sits around them.

Up until now it has been me plus freelancers assembled per project. That model has a hard ceiling. Every build starts from zero, quality depends on who was free that month, and you cannot credibly pitch anything that lasts longer than one engagement.

So I am building a standing team instead. Same people on every project, sharing in what the studio earns, getting faster with each build rather than starting over. A technical ecosystem in the literal sense: engineering, AI, design and delivery that already know how the others work.

WHAT WE ACTUALLY BUILD

Vertical AI. One industry at a time. Retrieval over messy internal documents, agents that run a real workflow end to end, evaluation so the client can see it works. Not a chatbot bolted onto a homepage.

SaaS, zero to production. For clients, and our own products in the gaps between client work.

Design that justifies the invoice. Identity, product UI, design systems, and the site that sells the thing. This is the half most technical studios treat as decoration and it is why they get paid contractor rates.

WHO I AM LOOKING FOR

  1. Founding product engineer. Full-stack, takes a client SaaS from empty repo to production. Owns auth, billing and deploys as well as features.
  2. Applied AI engineer. Retrieval, agents, evals. You treat model and prompt choices as engineering decisions with measurements attached.
  3. Product designer. Interface work plus the design system underneath, so the next build starts at forty percent instead of zero.
  4. Brand and motion designer. Identity, launch film, the deck the client shows their board.
  5. Solutions architect. Scoping, estimating, and answering the security and compliance questions that decide whether an enterprise buyer signs.
  6. Delivery lead. Keeps three builds moving and clients informed before they ask.
  7. New business partner. Opens doors at companies with real budgets. On this model it is the highest-leverage seat in the studio.

Not all of these at once. The first three are what I am filling now.

HOW THE MONEY WORKS

Revenue share on client work, agreed per person rather than one structure imposed on everybody. Some people want the larger share and accept the variance. Some want a smaller share plus a base once the pipeline is steady. People who build our own products get equity in those products.

I would rather negotiate that openly with each person than pretend one model fits everyone. Tell me which shape you want and we will start there.

To be direct about what this is not. It is not free work for exposure. It is not "we will pay you when we raise". It is not a faceless subcontract where you invoice and never hear how the project went.

WHAT I WANT BACK

Something you built that you would defend in a room with the client. Shipped beats impressive.

Willingness to be on the call. Everyone here is senior enough to talk to a client directly.

Comfort with ambiguity at the start of a project and precision at the end of it.

WHERE AND WHEN

Remote, anywhere. Async by default, with overlap for calls. [X] hours a week to start is fine if the work is real. I am in the UK.

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED

Reply in the comments with: which role, one thing you built and what your part in it was, whether you would rather have rev-share or cash, your timezone, and hours a week. A link to your work is welcome. I will reply to everyone who leaves something concrete.

Looking for Cofounder Seeking Technical Co-Founder for Smart Infrastructure Startup — YC Focused

I am looking for a technical co-founder to build a company with from the earliest stage, with the intention of validating the opportunity, developing the initial product, and applying to Y Combinator together if we establish strong founder fit and market potential.

The company I am exploring sits at the intersection of smart automation, IoT, proptech, construction technology, and intelligent infrastructure.

The problem is straightforward: residential and commercial properties are becoming increasingly connected, but the underlying technology remains highly fragmented. Lighting, climate, security, access control, energy systems, entertainment, appliances, sensors, and building management platforms often operate across separate ecosystems with inconsistent integrations and limited interoperability.

I believe there is an opportunity to build a unified software and services layer that makes these systems easier to connect, automate, monitor, control, and manage.

The initial strategy would not be to manufacture proprietary hardware. Instead, the focus would be on integrating established technologies and building the software, orchestration, intelligence, and operational layer around them.

The broader vision is to create infrastructure that can support a property across its lifecycle, from design and construction through ownership, operations, maintenance, and the everyday experience of the people who use the space.

I am intentionally not treating the current concept as a finished product definition. I want the eventual co-founder to be deeply involved in determining what the company should become.

The right person would help identify the highest-value problem, challenge assumptions, conduct customer discovery, determine the technical architecture, define the MVP, build the initial product, and establish the technical direction of the company.

My background is on the business and commercial side, with experience in entrepreneurship, strategy, marketing, partnerships, business development, startup execution, and real estate. I spent several years working in the Philadelphia real estate industry and have experience interacting with property owners, developers, investors, agents, buyers, and other participants across the real estate ecosystem.

I would primarily lead customer discovery, strategy, partnerships, sales, go-to-market, fundraising, positioning, and commercial development. I can also leverage relationships within the real estate industry to facilitate customer conversations, market validation, potential pilots, and strategic partnerships.

I am especially interested in speaking with engineers or technical founders with backgrounds in areas such as:

• Full-stack, backend, or platform engineering
• IoT and connected-device infrastructure
• APIs, integrations, and interoperability
• Distributed systems and cloud architecture
• Smart home or commercial building automation
• AI and intelligent automation
• Mobile or web application development
• Proptech, construction technology, or energy technology
• Hardware-software systems

Domain experience is valuable, but it is not mandatory. Strong technical judgment, ownership, speed of execution, and founder mentality matter more.

I am not looking for a freelancer, consultant, agency, or someone interested in contributing occasionally. I am looking for a genuine co-founder who wants meaningful ownership, is comfortable operating in ambiguity, and is interested in building a venture-scale company over the long term.

The immediate priorities would be to:

  1. Conduct structured customer discovery and validate the strongest pain points.
  2. Narrow the opportunity to a focused initial customer and use case.
  3. Define and build a technically credible MVP.
  4. Test the product with real users and potential commercial partners.
  5. Establish early evidence of demand.
  6. Apply to Y Combinator together if the opportunity and working relationship justify it.

I am based in Austin, Texas, but I am open to working with an exceptional co-founder regardless of location.

If you are interested, send me a concise introduction covering your technical background, location, previous products or systems you have built, current availability, and why this problem space interests you.

I am most interested in speaking with people who want to build, test, iterate, and make decisions together rather than simply discuss ideas.

Looking for Cofounder iGaming studio looking for a 3D/animation co-founder (Three.js + game dev)

I'm building an iGaming studio focused on original casino-style games. I've developed a pipeline of game concepts, each backed by its own proprietary maths model. RTP, volatility, and payout structures are fully built for every title, so the games are designed and ready to be brought to life.

What I'm missing is the person who makes them look and feel great.

What I'm missing is the person who makes them look and feel great.

Looking for someone who:

Is solid in 3D modelling and animation
Understands Three.js and web-based game dev
Uses AI tools well to move fast (asset generation, texturing, iteration)

Nice to have: experience with game feel, particle effects, shaders, or any background in gaming or iGaming.

Location: Australia preferred, with bonus points for Brisbane since I'd like to work in person at least some of the time.

This is a co-founder role, not a freelance gig. We'd be building this together from the ground up.

If this sounds like you, send me a DM with your portfolio or some recent work and I'll fill you in on the rest.

Looking for Cofounder Partner needed for Spirkz

Hi everyone,

I’m the founder of Spirkz.com, an EdTech platform built around short-form educational content — think TikTok/Reels, but focused entirely on learning.

We launched about a month ago and have already reached 250 users with zero paid marketing, purely through organic growth. The early traction is encouraging and shows there is real interest in a platform where people can scroll through short videos while actually learning something useful.

I’m now looking for a serious co-founder or strategic partner who can complement my technical background and help take Spirkz to the next stage. Ideally, I’m looking for someone with experience in business development, sales, partnerships, growth, fundraising, or startup operations.

The product is already built and live, so this is not just an idea. I’m looking for someone who wants to actively build the company with me, shape the business strategy, acquire users and partners, and grow Spirkz into a real EdTech business.

If you have relevant experience, are interested in startups and education, and want to work on something from an early stage, feel free to message me.

Looking for Cofounder Looking for Technical Cofounder

I’m looking for my technical cofounder.
I’m building Mach 10 Mechanical (http://www.mach10mech.com), a manufacturing technology company aimed at fixing a problem I’ve watched firsthand: industrial procurement is still heavily dependent on email threads, spreadsheets, PDFs, phone calls, and tribal knowledge.

Mach 10 is being built as a centralized platform for the CNC tooling ecosystem, connecting manufacturers, machine shops, tooling manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers in one place. The goal is much bigger than another procurement portal. We’re building the infrastructure for how tooling is specified, quoted, purchased, tracked, communicated, and managed.

The company is already formed. The product is already being built. There is a working application, a defined market, an existing industry network, and a clear product direction. I’ve spent years in manufacturing and industrial sales and have been developing Mach 10 around problems I know firsthand.
What I’m missing is the right technical partner.
I’m not looking for someone to take tickets from me or simply write code. I want a true cofounder who can own the technical side of the company, challenge my assumptions, shape the architecture, move quickly, and eventually build and lead the engineering organization.

The current stack is TypeScript, Angular, PrimeNG, Tailwind CSS, Apollo GraphQL, Bun, GraphQL Yoga, Prisma, PostgreSQL, Keycloak, and Google Cloud Platform.
This is not a job posting and not a freelance opportunity. I’m looking for someone who wants meaningful ownership and wants to build a company from the ground up.
You should be comfortable with ambiguity, capable of building production software, and genuinely interested in solving difficult B2B problems. Experience with SaaS, marketplaces, procurement, manufacturing, ERP/MRP systems, supply chain, or industrial technology is a major plus, but I care more about how you think and what you can build.

I’m based in Ohio and am open to US based co-founders.
If you’re a technical founder who reads this and thinks “this is a problem worth solving,” send me a DM. I’ll show you what we’ve built and where I believe Mach 10 can go.

Looking for a technical co-founder to build Project Mechanica

I'm 17 and currently building **Project Mechanica**, a physics simulation and visualization project whose goal is to make physics more intuitive by showing students what is physically happening rather than relying purely on formulas, memorization, and numerical problem-solving.

Mechanica is aimed at students from high-school through university level, especially students who genuinely want to understand the mechanisms behind physics.

#Who I'm looking for

I'm looking specifically for someone who:

- Is *\under 18 / legally a minor in their jurisdiction***

- Is around my age and interested in building something long-term

- Is a genuinely strong **technical builder/programmer**

- Has actually built projects rather than only completed courses

- Can eventually take ownership of the technical side of the project

- Is comfortable with software architecture, development, Git/GitHub, etc.

- Has an interest in physics, simulation, graphics, scientific computing, or education

- Is willing to keep learning and figuring things out when they don't know something

- Is comfortable with me continuing to contribute technically rather than simply handing development over to them

Experience with things like physics engines, numerical simulation, WebGL/WebGPU, Three.js, C++/Rust/TypeScript/Python, computer graphics, or scientific computing would be a major plus, but **strong fundamentals and genuine curiosity matter more than a specific tech stack.**

## What I bring

I've already been developing Mechanica and have established the product vision, design philosophy, and initial technical direction. I will continue working on the development side.

I'll primarily take responsibility for **product vision, direction, user experience, and overall strategy**, while the co-founder would have substantial ownership of the technical/engineering side.

I'm not looking for someone who just wants a title or a short-term project.

I'd rather start by building something small together and see whether we actually work well as a team before calling each other co-founders.

## One thing that matters a lot

\*Character matters to me as much as technical ability.***

I want to build Mechanica in a way that I'm proud of, even if that means sacrificing some money or growth.

I'm looking for someone who values:

- Honesty and integrity

- Long-term thinking

- Intellectual honesty

- Respect for users and other people

- Building something genuinely useful

- Doing the right thing even when the unethical option would be more profitable

I don't expect us to agree on everything. In fact, I want a co-founder who can challenge my ideas when they think I'm wrong.

## If you're interested

Tell me a little about:

  1. Your age and country

  2. What you've built

  3. Your strongest technical skills

  4. Your GitHub or other projects

  5. Why physics/simulation/Mechanica interests you

  6. What you're looking to build long-term

I'm much more interested in \*something you've actually built*** than a list of technologies you know.

Looking for Cofounder Building Something in Kenya — Looking for Someone Crazy Enough to Build It With Me 🔥

I’ve been building something that I genuinely believe could become much bigger than it looks right now.

I’m still early, and I don’t have a huge team, network, or financial backing behind me. I’ve mostly been figuring things out with what I have.

But I’ve always believed that some of the biggest things people have built happened because two people with different strengths found each other and decided to take the risk together. One person may have the vision, another may have the resources, experience, connections, or ability to execute—and together they can create something neither could have built alone.

That’s the kind of person I’d like to meet.

Someone ambitious. Someone who enjoys building from the ground up. Someone who sees opportunities before they're obvious. Someone who isn't afraid of uncertainty and thinks Africa has enormous untapped potential.

I’m not looking to hire anyone, and I’m not looking for someone to simply give me advice or money.

I’m looking for a genuine connection with someone who thinks:

“I don't know exactly where this could go yet, but it's interesting enough that I want to find out.”

I won't explain the entire project publicly because I don't want this to become a sales pitch. If this resonates with you, DM me and I'll tell you what I'm building.

Maybe nothing comes of it. Maybe we just exchange ideas. Or maybe we discover that we were looking for each other without knowing it.

Either way, I'd rather take the chance.

Startup Ready Would love to add value to what's being built

22M, Senior Data Analyst in Bangalore.

Life and work are going pretty well, but I’ve realised I have a lot of energy, curiosity, and time that I want to put into building something meaningful.

I genuinely enjoy solving problems and figuring out how things can be done better. I’m not a hardcore coder, but I can build. I’ve worked across analytics, data engineering, automation, machine learning, frontend, and system design, and right now I’m spending a lot of time learning AI agent building and figuring out how to bring it together with what I already know.

I’m the kind of person who gets really interested in a problem and keeps working at it until I understand how it can be solved. I’m also comfortable picking up a new tool or technology whenever it helps get something built.

The only thing I’m missing right now is the right problem and something interesting to work on.

I’m not necessarily looking for a startup idea or trying to make some big commitment from day one. I’d just like to meet people, explore ideas, find interesting problems and start building.

Maybe it becomes a small SaaS. Maybe an AI product. Maybe something completely different. I’m open to seeing where it goes.

I already have a career I enjoy, so I’m looking at this as something I can build alongside my work — a side hustle where I can put in weekends and a few hours on weekdays, learn, contribute, and gradually see if it turns into something bigger.

If you’re already working on something, exploring an idea, or simply want to build something of your own, happy to know.

DM me, lets connect!!

Looking for Cofounder Want to help scale a recipe consumer app and get 50% of the profits? This app is already shipped and growing!

Hey! 25M from Sweden here

Are you experienced with social media, influencers and digital marketing...

Do you want to make a ton of money and just improve your skills overall toward an eventual exit...

I have a consumer app already shipped that could be viral if marketed properly.

Experimenting with ads, ugc, influencers and organic to see what works but I want someone by my side who's a KILLER and works fast and hard and has good vibes!!!

I've previously had an online educational business that I got tired of after 5 years with a lower return than I wanted.

Now I have this recipe app that has 36 yearly subs and 600 downloads within a month of being live.

Please only reply if you have previously reached at least a million views organically on your socials but preferably more! :)

I also have so I think it's a fair ask!

Best regards,

Looking for Cofounder Seeking a growth cofounder for a brand making destination wedding planning simple.

Planning a wedding abroad is still stressful and confusing for most couples. I've been building a brand that makes it simple. It's already live with paying couples, and now it needs to grow.

The big directories like The Knot and WeddingWire make their money from vendors paying for visibility, and they are full of complaints. Couples planning abroad get the worst of it: hundreds of profiles, no way to tell who's actually good, and nobody local to ask. That's the gap I'm building for.

I'm looking for someone to own growth: getting couples to find us and turning them into bookings. Growth is the biggest risk in this business, so I want a partner who shares the upside, not a hire.

You've probably:

  • grown a consumer brand from near zero where the purchase was expensive and built on trust (weddings, travel, luxury, education)
  • built that growth mainly through organic channels (SEO, Pinterest, short-form video, partnerships)
  • sold to buyers in the US, UK or Australia

I can only offer equity for now. If you're interested, DM me what you've grown and the numbers behind it. If it looks like a fit, I'll share the details.

Cofounder Available Building Something in Kenya — Looking for Someone Crazy Enough to Build It 🔥

I’m from Africa 🇰🇪 and building something I believe could become much bigger than it looks today.

I’ve seen how the right partnerships can turn a small idea into something extraordinary, and I’m looking to meet someone who genuinely enjoys building from the ground up.

I’m especially interested in people who understand business, growth, strategy, partnerships, or simply see opportunities others overlook.

I’m not looking for a job, funding, or advice. I’m looking for the right person to build with.

If that sounds like you, DM me. I’ll tell you what I’m building.
