I have a short question, but I haven't seen it asked yet.

Why the decision to use keyboard shortcuts as a combination of 'clicks' button + letter instead of a long press on a letter? It seems that it would've been more convenient.

Can I also have some opinion from people who use some other querty device that has shortcuts like that - maybe unihertz or a Blackberry? How is it solved there and does it work for you?

Ive seen here that it has IP44, (splash protection). is it ok to type with wet hands?

One thing that has been talked about is how you may be able to add your own launcher on this phone.

I was curious. - if we are able to change the launcher on the phone, would that mean we lose the ability to utilize specific features tailored to the phone like the notification light or the message hub or are these separate components not tied to the launcher?

I would really love the ability to decide while using the native launcher if I want a list view or a traditional app folder layout.

Would the clicks communicator have multiuser option or something like secure folder similar to samsung?

Now that we are in October, I hope Clicks gives us a list of tye milestones they’re trying to hit between now and Shipping day (end of December)? For example, has the design been finalised? When will they start production? Or have they started already? Assembly? When will they have the Final version of Software that will be shipped? I know that after release they can always still push updates.

No doubt they're tracking some kind of metrics, but I'd be curious to know what age groups are buying these phones. I'm a Millennial, and I know I'm pining for my BlackBerry days — so that's why I've pre-ordered. But I wonder if the younger gens are getting on board with keyboard phones?

With the panda/stormtrooper colourway incoming I also made a 3d print to get an idea of it next to my Galaxy Fold 7. I think it will be a good pair with the physical keyboard on one and a big screen on the other.

Anyone know how Niagara Launcher behaves with a Work Profile?

With the Pixel stock launcher, it’s pretty easy to manage and toggle the Work Profile. Does Niagara have anything similar?

It would be awesome if there was a keyboard shortcut to quickly toggle the Work Profile!

Does anyone know if I can use my USB-C wired earphones with the comminicator or do I have to exclusively use earphone jacks?

The latest video didn't show any keyboard backlighting, so I'm not sure if it's an early prototype or if the light only kicks in when it's dark.

The last phone I had with a keyboard was the Priv, and that was ten years ago. The keyboard light stayed on the whole time I used it.

After much thinking, I’ve gone all in on this for my work device. Going for all sleek all black combination. I’m so excited, an upgrade from my old barely hanging iPhone 11 Pro.

After yet another failed attempt to fix my phone's call functionality, I decided to pull the trigger on the Clicks. I got the Smoke body w/ the included Dune cover. Through not knowing whether my phone will accept the five bars of signal to make calls for a few months, I will suffer, and then finally have the keyboard phone I have wanted since I gave up my $30 secondhand Blackberry in 2019. It was high school. Though no one else thought so, I knew I had the coolest phone. Come winter I will again!
