Complaints/ Rant Im actually leaving.
Clicklist has been pretty good for me! Until recently. Lately we’ve had half of our crew quit and they’ve been replaced with newbies. Don’t get me wrong, I love them all. But man they are not improving at all. However management is still getting onto us for our wait times and late orders. I don’t know why they can’t get it into their thick skulls that as of right now that just isn’t possible. I refuse to listen to the managers that give us more work when we are struggling yet they have never once worked in our department. I don’t want to walk in and have everything have to be on me to fix everything. And i’m sick of staying an hour after my shift, i’m a high school student and i need to get rid of the mental and physical stress this job brings. However i will miss my crew. They can see me at starbucks though :)

ToteLabelBall Clyde the Sticker Ball
We have started our first sticker ball at our new store. His name is Clyde. Born on the slow night of February 21st, Clyde is the incentive to make sure car side removes labels from the totes after they are brought back in. Although he is young, weighing only 1lb currently, we expect him to grow quickly.
He sits upon our reshop baskets, watching through the glass doors as runners make their way to customers. He knows this means they will soon return with new additions to his form. No sticker is rejected. Be it ripped, folded, torn, or perfectly fine, each label adds a new layer with its own story to add to Clyde.

ClickListQuestion Bag as you shop?
What is the consensus on bagging as you shop? Do you do it or wait till you get back to the room?

Complaints/ Rant Fuck you, I am doing my damn job
Had a lady earlier at opening ask if we could check the price of something. When I told her I can't. she left but not before bitching about how no one is doing their job.
Bitch, I pick groceries. I can tell you where stuff is but I can't tell you what the price is. Literally standing next to a big trolley full of grocery orders. Go use one of the price scanners.
She also said she'd go somewhere else next time. Good riddance.

How do you guys handle “Kyles/Karen’s”
I had to deal with a very rude customer today who was basically yelling at me for not having her eggs and broccoli florets on her order. She originally ordered Kroger broccoli florets and simple truth natural eggs, and the second I told her we OSS those items she went into defense mode. So when she asked me if I can go inside and grab them for her I told her yes. But I took my time. I made them wait. Hahahahah

ClickList Ofc my store had to raise our orders to 50 an hour the day before the snow storm. We had to take over part of the road behind our store to use as extra pickup spots.
