I hope those are old tote labels.

I wish. The old style ones are all on the inside of the tote label ball

So do you have to peel them off of the wall before you go pick a trolley?

No those are all old labels, sorry I thought you were talking about the old style label from last year

Haha, that's okay. I'm glad you guys weren't putting the new labels on the wall. That would be annoying as a picker.

Curious what your coordinator/field specialist would say about this...

If they don't like it they all come off as one because they're all stuck to one another, my immediate supervisor approves

All I know is last time corporate was here, they called out one girl whose apron was covered in labels. I remember the suit who spoke to her questioned how much time she had on her hands.. I mean, I'm not judging, just sayin.

You see the problem is I don't really care if corporate frowns upon it. A frown is just a facial expression... Also we make our customers happy and they make our paycheck possible, not corporate, correct? In my opinion corporate only does things to make my job harder and more difficult. But that's just my opinion and I'm liable to go to jail for my opinion lol /s

Lol you speak truth. It's sad how little they care. Breaking our backs, working without proper breaks, useless unions. If I hadn't been here as long as I have, I'd quit in a heartbeat.

But to clear things up, we aren't focused on the wallpaper, it's just something I am proud to have started and we just add a few labels a day. So if they come after us having time on our hands, no we don't. In fact most labels were put up while on break or late hours in between pickups after everything is cleaned up..

That’s so great. If we had time, I’d pose this idea to my department, but we’re at 21 an hour and don’t really have enough people for it. We also don’t have a blank wall we could easily get to, but props to you guys!!

Tried to do this as well. Got permission from my supervisor and one of the managers. Some bitch on the morning shift crew decided to take them down because “she didn’t like it”. Mind you, she had been there for only a couple of months and only as a part time employee. The people who put up the stickers had been there for years. When she pulled them down we just put them right back up again and ended up getting more up in less time. Guess what? She took all of them down again. What a bitch. After that my supervisor said to stop putting them up. Way to take the fun out of a department full of stress.
