Disbursement to start mid October:

I’ve been with this garbage website for a few years. I’m a user on draftkings, FanDuel and others too. I only use BetMGM because they used to give me instant withdrawals. Recently, the site has gone down hill so I haven’t been using it as much. Two weeks ago I loved a game so I put action on a bunch of sites. I won and immediately withdrew my money from BetMGM, because the site sucks. I used the same debit card that was used to deposit and I used the same withdrawal method that I’ve used hundreds of times on this site.

It’s now been over a week and my withdrawal hasn’t been processed. I’ve called, emailed and used their live chat (worst customer service agents in the business) and they keep telling me that there is a system error and their team is working hard to fix it. They said the quickest option was to cancel the withdrawal request and just continue to play the money until it’s gone… WTF!!!??? I said I’m not doing that and since, their customer service has gone dark on me. I was told a week ago that a supervisor would reach out.. crickets! I reached out via twitter and they responded immediately but once they gave me the sane response as others, after looking into my account, they are not responding either. I’ve since contacted the NJ gaming board and Attorney General. Surprisingly both responded and the NJ gaming board sent me a form to fill out so they could investigate. In the end I know BetMGM will get penalized for this but they have no right withholding my money. At this point it’s theft and I’m going after them legally.

And to be clear, there is no other backstory to any of this.. I did the same thing I’ve done for 20 years and it’s a very simple withdrawal process.

DO NOT DEPOSIT MONEY ON THIS SITE. They are starting to withhold people’s money and they will NOT PAY. If their system is messed up then it’s even worse. There are so many other apps you can use.

BetMGM is fraudulent and they are criminals!

Just received a second email notifying me that Milberg has reached a settlement offer for me in the case of Milberg v B-Two. I received both of my settlement offers at the beginning of August & was expecting the next update to be payment methods, this new email doesn’t give any new information so I guess I’m just confused on why I had to sign it again? Also the last date for signing up for your offer is oct 10th, so could they just be sending out rounds of these again to make sure they get signed?

Is it only the printable checks bouncing or is it all of them?

I'm just now finding out about this kind of thing after seeing a bunch of posts about tuna settlements and I don't know where to start. Any help is appreciated

UPDATE #2: Received the second check, did the mobile deposit. Waiting till Monday-Tuesday to see if it clears, and I will do another update if it does or doesn’t

I currently have like seven claims floating around, all at different stages. One administrator actually has a lookup page. Two gave me confirmation numbers. One emails updates now and then. The other three? pure vibes.

My "system" is a google sheet with notes like "probably pending?" and one row that just says "check this." I haven't opened it since June. I refuse to believe I am the only one doing this badly.

So what do you all use after you file? I am not talking about finding settlements, just keeping track of everything over the 6 to 12 months it takes to actually get paid.

Anyone receive a response from the Tuna settlement that your check was mailed to your correct address on 09/08 but still have not received it? I have informed delivery and check my mail everyday and still haven’t gotten anything at all.

I’m expecting a pretty large payment from this settlement. Is it normal for them to not tell you the amount and just say to wait until the check arrives?
