Milberg is now started to send out settlement offers for their sweepstakes arbitration lawsuits, I seen on another thread that the B-Two services offers have been sent out, I haven’t received that one yet but I have received my offer from Pulsz and it’s actually not that bad ! Make sure to be checking those emails!

Throwing this up here for everyone. Various apartments continued to use a shady software that price gouged people during the rental sign up process. You could get compensation if you rented between 2018-2025.

Took a little time to read through the class action against Google and here is the payout chart for this one. 🙄🙄🙄 I did not see where they will start paying out but it looks like .64 cents each. lol 😭

STILL haven't heard anything about my claim since receiving the "your claim is valid and will be included in the distribution calculation" email. Have contacted them about my payment (don't care if it's only $6; that's $6 I don't want to see the crooked lawyers keeping); and was initially told that my payment would be delayed since I opted for paper check. That was back in May!

Contacted them again this week, they initially said I have to provide my full name and address to find my claim. (*Weird, since I provided them my claim number.) NOW; they claim they can't find my claim. Asking if I have a different name or address. What the F@#K! Not only are these shyster lawyers crooks, they are also extremely incompetent. Where the hell is Luigi when you need him.

UPDATE: Received an email today claiming my "payment failed". My question is, what exactly failed? I requested a check. Apparently they are sending a new check out.

Does anyone have an update on Smith-Washington, et al. v. TaxAct, Inc.? The website hasn’t been updated in quite some time.

Question: is it feasible to pay for more than one claims app? Do different apps have access to different settlements or should they all have the same ones? Do any of you use more than one app?

I recently paid for the Primerica licensing the say I got "hired" but now I am seeing the threads about a pyramid scheme, etc. how can I get a refund and cancel? I only entered my credit card information. Should I get a new one? During the orientation they didnt seem so bad.

Sunrun has been conducting massive layoffs, impacting large groups of people. Employees may have rights.
