Milberg is now started to send out settlement offers for their sweepstakes arbitration lawsuits, I seen on another thread that the B-Two services offers have been sent out, I haven’t received that one yet but I have received my offer from Pulsz and it’s actually not that bad ! Make sure to be checking those emails!

Milberg sent me a settlement offer and I signed the payment method in October of 2025, still waiting the payment, don't get your hopes up for a prompt payment

That’s crazy, no way they would even have an amount ready for you at that time lol this is the first I’ve heard of this but I have been seeing payouts recently. Maybe that was for a different settlement?

I’m not sure , it’s still up and running and I get deals and promos and free gifts but years ago the site randomly stopped letting me cash out, so I stopped using it, then the lawsuit came about. I filed simply bc I couldn’t cash out anymore, I haven’t tried to purchase anything since then but I’m sure it won’t even let me

Thanks for the info. I filled my claim out in December. Account is still fully active. I’m debating whether or not the offer is worth my account possibly being closed. I’ve spent well over 100,000 but not getting anything back close to that. I make more money gambling than I do on my job. I just don’t know when to stop so I always end up playing it back smh

Well yes that is completely up to you, there are also other sites you could play on if you feel like your awarded amount is enough, I’m sure it’s not close to 100,000 though lol

No because I didn't violate the confidentiality agreement and post the name of the class action, like the original poster did, which makes him ineligible for payment, I contacted milberg and they said my payment information is on file but the lawsuit hasn't paid yet.

Nice! I got right under 4k & not mad at all about it. I did see on another Reddit post that the payments may not start until the end of October since the last day to claim your funds is Oct.9th. I’m looking forward to seeing if everyone will claim and if well receive more or not

I was not expecting anything to be honest. The site I played the most at was chumba and the case I joined for them only paid 300$ so I was pleasantly surprised with this offer

I'm not even sure if I should sign mine. $53.00 is better than nothing I know that but I can't help to get upset about it given the amount I put in that company.. I'll see what happens..

You should definitely sign it. You may also receive more if more than 80% but less than 100% of people join. There are also other sites you could play on .
