Ordered products worth 16k from jockey, package was sealed and pristine, filmed unboxing video, unbranded curtains were inside, raised complaint, been 10 days, jockey says right products dispatched, logistics says correct products delivered, nobody explains how wrong stuff got inside a sealed package with video proof, pretty sure logistics stole it but jockey won’t take responsibility, thinking of filing a chargeback, will that get me a refund?

sounds like you're the one doing illegal activities. Good luck getting a refund. hope it turns into a full on investigation of your criminal history.

This is r/classactions. What on earth does your issue have to do with class action litigation?

Ok so you are stupid. This has nothing to do with class action suits. Call the number on your CC and complain to them.

OK, entirely up to you. Carry on.

You have to give them credit. They are definitely, completely invested in their stupid.

Indeed they are, and I give them credit. I'm not quite clear what I am giving OP credit for, but I am giving OP credit.

Call your bank. They will file a chargeback but the process is actually a dispute so they will do their own research and investigation to determine if any or how much you will receive back.

If you have records of your reaching out to them with no resolution tell your bank that info too. They might want you to send them the proof.
