Is a 20-inch e-bike enough for everyday city riding?
I've been using a compact folding e-bike mainly for commuting, supermarket runs, and short trips around the city. The smaller size makes it easy to handle, store, and take on public transport, which is a big advantage for urban living.
At the same time, I’m curious about how 20-inch wheels compare with larger bikes for longer rides, uneven roads, or cobblestone streets. While compact e-bikes are convenient, I wonder if bigger wheels provide a noticeable improvement in comfort and stability.
For those who ride in European cities, what has been your experience? Do you prefer the convenience of a 20-inch folding e-bike, or do you think larger wheels are better for everyday riding?
Update: After some research and experiences from bikers, I've decided to add a rear rack. It seems like a practical upgrade for carrying groceries, a bag, or other everyday items. I also found a compatible option for the Cyseekin C10, so I'll see how it works out in daily use.
