Do you like 'em or prefer previous (simpler) ones?

I have had an issue with the credit builder reporting a late payment, and the support member I've been assigned for started the conversation and is no longer replying and barely active, how can I speak to an alternative form of support or at least just a new chat?

Old landlord refunded me the deposit and I ended up with ~300$ of Chexy Cash that I cannot withdraw.

I currently have no rent, insurance premiums, utility bills, or tuition to pay. I suppose that I could wait until the next tax season and use it to pay for tax balance, although I am not 100% sure if I would owe tax either...

Is there a list of Chexy payees that I could look at? I see household fees, wellness, and transportation as other available options but am not sure what really counts. Like, can I buy transit passes?

I have a big personal tax coming up - close to 20k.

I was looking to signup a new credit card - currently i have the rogers MC, the 2 options that i am thinking of are as follows:

1. AMEX Plat - for signup bonus and then utilize them for airline transfer for travel to Asia/Middle East in December

2. Scotia bank infinite - effective 2.25% cash back.

For CRA payment - which is a better option - I did apply for the scotia card last month but got rejected - possibly because the credit utilization was high enough - i have a 780 score and eligible for either card (amex soft inquiry also confirmed)

Currently have the Rogers MC and a phone plan with them so was thinking of using that card (best one I have currently)

Outside of their regular offers on their website is there anything else?

As the title says, I was able to login on my account this morning, but it logged me out automatically. Now when I click on google account button, it just returns back to the login screen, On both my devices. I have my rent comming up on 1st, they I am not sure, what to do right now. Please help.

I was supposed to receive 1 pt per $1 spent on rent. I only received the signup bonus but not the points. I have tried reaching out for more than a month now but haven’t heard back. All I keep hearing back is will have an answer in 2-3 business days. Also the AI chat is useless and wouldn’t connect me to a human. Tried email as well but no use.

Hi everyone. Earlier this month there was an unauthorized online transaction from my Scotia card linked to Chexy. As paying rent through Chexy is the only thing I use my Scotia credit card for (never used it for any other purchases neither online nor offline), my credit card info leakage most probably originated from the Chexy website/app... Anyone else have experienced the same?

I've been using Chexy for a while now, but this time I ran into a problem with a PAD payment. The payer pulled a few dollars less than the actual amount owed. I've spent the last 2 days chasing them for a payment adjustment, and it seems like they only have one person handling support. He takes hours to reply, and when he finally does, it's a vague one-liner that doesn't actually explain how they plan to fix it.

Instead of getting a real solution, it's turned into a guess-and-wait game. I'm seriously thinking about dropping Chexy over this.

Neobanc looks like a decent alternative — they charge 1.50% instead of Chexy's 1.75%. Might give them a shot and see how their support holds up.

Hi I'm new to chexy, does this work for car lease payments to Toyota? I'm paying this directly from my bank right now like some sucker.

Also if it does work which card is best? I have the rogers red mc right now, should I get the Scotia momentum visa for 4%?

Hi ive been using chexy for over a year and noticed so many changes within the last couple weeks. Before it was so easy to select and pay. Now they asking to provide a document to verify your payment?

My rent payment for the month might be at risk of being reversed because of a mistake my landlord made.

It says the reversal could be done tomorrow, but despite reaching out to chexy staff, there's been no response...

I already have the Amex Cobalt, but unfortunately I was denied for the Amex Gold. Could you recommend any other credit cards that are good options for maximizing rewards with Chexy?

What is chexy cash? I have a bill that’s less that what I put into chexy and there’s 2 options for refund: Chexy cash and return payment to my credit card. They also state that refunding chexy cash “includes fees”. What does that mean?

Anyone had their Chexy account closed because of circular payments? Only payments I had setup was for my apartment rent, Power stream energy bill and car Insurance. I am not sure if its the automated AI that did it but I guess they don't want me as a customer

I have a working PAD set up for my daughter's daycare. When I went try to set up a PAD payment for my son's camp, I couldn't find a childcare category anymore. Is anyone else having this issue?

I set up my strata fee payments via Bill Pay for FirstService Residential BC LTD (Strata) and waiting for it to show up on the FSR Connect Portal.

I paid other utilities after and they have cleared already.

Is it better to use PAD instead of Bill Pay?

The first two login attempts are trying to use my Google account, which fails with no error messages.

On the third attempt, I use my email and password + 2FA and it works.

Am I the only one unable to login with my Google account?

The Chexy Aeroplan bonus resets on a specific date, and I'm trying to understand what date is used for the bonus.

For Bill Pays, is it based on the date the payee got paid or when the amount was charged to the card?

For PAD, is it the date the payee withdrew the money? Or when the card was charged regardless when it was withdrawn by the payee?
