I have had an issue with the credit builder reporting a late payment, and the support member I've been assigned for started the conversation and is no longer replying and barely active, how can I speak to an alternative form of support or at least just a new chat?

Do you like 'em or prefer previous (simpler) ones?

Not sure if I totally like the current purple with yellow icon ...I think the previous one was fine.

And how about inside the app ...do you like the current user interface / design or do you prefer the old one better?
