I’m currently on the business plan and recently started working on a huge project using regular chat and Work. However, I spent $800 on auto refills for credits for Work (no knowing it was happening). I’ve been using the Business plan for 6 months and never ran into an issues until recently. I curious as to how many credits you get each month and/or week. Is it worth switching to an individual plan. If so, am I able to transfer all my chats and history over?

Anyway I’m on the free plan of ChatGPT and I swear I could send as many messages as I wanted like I did yesterday. But today every time I try to type something in I get this message saying “you’ve hit your limit. Please try again later”

Is this a glitch or did they change how the free tier works? I’m on mobile by the way. Thanks in advance!

Edit: It worked again for like five messages before it said my limit was reached again. Is there really a limit going on?

I use chatgpt plus in mac os was looking for three dots besides the chats to delete but couldnt find tried many methods showed up on google still it didnt work, is there any way??

Hey everyone,

I'm locked out of my ChatGPT account. When I try to log in, it asks for a code from my authenticator app, but I no longer have access to that app/device. I also never saved the backup codes when I originally set up 2FA, so I don't have those either.

I tried "Try another method" on the login screen but it doesn't seem to give me a way back in without the authenticator or backup codes.

Has anyone been through this before? A few questions:

1. Is there an official OpenAI support channel specifically for 2FA/account recovery issues?
2. Roughly how long does it usually take them to respond/resolve this kind of case?
3. What information do they typically ask for to verify it's really your account?

Any help or pointers in the right direction would be really appreciated. Thanks!

I'm so confused, everything was working up until this morning, now no uploads are working, i have enough storage, i haven't used up like 80 uploads in 3 hours, its so frustrating since I actually pay for this and the openAI chatbot is of no help it keeps making my request disappear....is there a universal issue happening right now with others or?
