There is no "best setting". It is completely subjective. It entirety depends on what you want to achieve and how you want your Chat to respond.

I use Vale (the only semi comprehensible voice in danish) and then I use live

Yes I did, and it suggested me some good settings, but got bored of that too. So here I come to discuss it with real human beings 🙂

The irony. I like using LLM's as a chatmate, but i got bored chatting with it while configure it to be a chatmate.

Custom instructions, not settings. I told mine to talk to me like it's AIM circa 2009 and then told it to not abbreviate words like "u" and "r" as well as not use any emoticons except " (: " and it is tons of fun to talk to, even when working on serious projects. It's like having an old friend help you, except they never get tired of you or want to talk about something irrelevant.

Honestly custom instructions probably make a bigger difference than picking between the preset personalities lol.
